we have to adjust our prices in order to cover at least part of this increase.

5. the prices you mentioned i your order no.333 are the old ones. the current

received your l/c.

please note that payment is to be made by confirmed, irrevocable documentary l/c

at sight established in our favor.

2. 货以备妥，请速开立信用证。若你方不能按时开证，因延迟而造成的一切损失均由你

方负责。

goods are ready for shipment and please open the l/c as soon as possible. if you

can not open the l/c on time, the losses caused by the delay will be borne by you.

3. 我方通常的做法是凭即期付款交单而不是信用证。因此，我方希望你对这笔交易和今

后交易也接受这一付款方式。

our usual practice to do business is payment by d/p at sight instead of l/c.

therefore, we should like you to accept this payment method for this transaction and

future ones.

4. 鉴于这笔交易金额甚微，我方接受你方以即期付款交单方式付款的要求。你方必须理

解，这一让步不能作为先例，以后仍按我方跟单信用证的付款方式支付。

in view of the small amount of this transaction, we accept your request for payment

by d/p at sight. but it is to be understood that this concession should not be regarded

as a precedent, and for subsequent transactions, our documentary l/c payment method

should be applied.

5. 收到你方第111号信用证，经审核，我们发现该证要求最迟装运期为2010年. we have received your l/c no. 111, but on checking its clauses we find that the

latest date of shipment required by your l/c is the end of june, 2010.
