IN GENERAL
一般的安全措施
Always remember 你要时刻记住
→Keep a low profile. Do not show off jewelry, money or other valuables.
保持低调。

不要向他人炫耀你的珠宝、钱财以及其它贵重的物品。

→Communicate your whereabouts,travel plan,Financial and Personal information to those Who Need to Know Only.
只将你的行踪、旅行计划、个人财务状况及其他个人信息透露给那些应该知道的人。

→Be alert, anonymous, inconspicuous and unpredictable.
保持警惕；不轻易向陌生人透露你的姓名；不要太张扬；不要让人
很容易就摸到你的生活规律。

上下班途中的安全措施
→Change every day the time you leave your home. Only some minutes of difference are enough.
稍微改变每天上班的时间，提前或推迟几分钟就足够了。

→Return home before it gets dark, if possible.
尽可能在天黑前回到家里。

→Walk or Drive along major roads. Avoid dark roads and areas that have high crime rate.
走大路，避开黑暗的路以及犯罪率比较高的地方。

→Have at least two options to reach the routine destinations.
至少记得两条到达公司的路。

上下班途中的安全措施
→Share your route with some workmates, if possible.
尽量和同事结伴而行。

→Notice out of the ordinary occurrence. Keep your
composure, do not fight back and give whatever they want
when you confront an attack or robbery.
注意异常的情况。

当你遭遇袭击或抢劫的时候，保持镇定，不要
反抗，给他们想要的。

→Preferably take a cellular phone with you just in case you need dial *110.
最好随身带着手机，以便紧急发生时拨打110报警。

→Before going into your house, verify it is in good conditions.
Check if there are broken doors, open windows, etc. 在开门之前，确认没有异常发生。

检查门窗是否有被撬开的痕迹，是否被打开等等。

→If you see water or smoke coming under the door or anything unusual, do not open it. Phone the Police.
如果你看到有水或烟从门缝蔓延出来，或其他异常情况，不要打开大门，打电话报警。

→If you live in a flat, do not get into the lift with unknown
persons. 如果回家需要乘坐电梯，不要同陌生人一起乘坐。

在家时的安全措施
→Try to reinforce the main door of your house using all the security measures you have, burglar alarms, cameras, grilles,
peephole, safety train, etc, even a simple lock.
尽可能使用一切你能运用到的安全措施来防卫你家的主要大门，例如
报警装置、监控镜头、防盗门窗、猫眼、防盗褡裢等等，至少得安装
一把锁。

→If you are at home alone, close the curtains at night and turn on the light of different rooms to give the impression there are
more persons in the house.
如果晚上一个人在家，放下窗帘，同时打开不同房间的灯，让人感觉
你不是一个人在家。

IN THE VEHICLE
使用车辆时的安全措施
→Do not lift unknown people in the street.
不要在街上让陌生人搭便车。

→Load the fuel tank in well known service stations.
在大的加油站加油。

→While driving your car, block the doors and windows. You will avoid a fright.
在行驶过程中，锁上车门和车窗。

这样可以避免被惊吓到。

→Keep a prudential distance with the car ahead.
和前面的车保持一段合理的距离。

IN THE VEHICLE
使用车辆时的安全措施
→Each time you get out of the car take the key off the engine, block the steering wheel and close windows and doors.
当你下车时，记得把车钥匙拔下，锁上方向盘，锁上车门和车窗。

→Before parking the car look around and check if there is no suspicious person. Do the same before you get into the car,
as there might be a person crouched inside it.
泊车前，观察周围环境，确认没有可疑的人在周围游荡。

上车前也需要这样确认一遍，以防止有人事先躲在车上。

→Do not leave valuables at sight.
不要把贵重的物品摆在车上显眼的地方。

IN THE BANK
在银行时的安全措施
→If you need to deposit or withdraw money from a bank never go alone. Try to be accompanied, if possible.
不要一个人去银行取钱或存钱。

尽可能找个人一起去。

→Try not to follow a routine and go the days with less people.
不要总是固定时间上银行。

尽量在银行人少的时候去。

→Do not spread the transactions that you will do.
不要将你要进行的银行交易透露给其他人。

→Try to trade with credit cards or checks than with cash.
尽量用银行卡交易，而不是现金。

IN THE BANK
在银行时的安全措施
→Be alert when you withdrew money from ATM.
在ATM提款时，保持警醒。

→Verify that the transaction is finished before you leave the ATM.
当你离开ATM提款机前确认交易已经完成。

→If you suffer an attack, do not panic, do not try to fight back, especially when the robbers have weapons.
如果在银行遭到袭击，不要惊慌，也不要试图反抗，特别当你发
现歹徒持有凶器时。

→Give the robbers what they want. It is better to loose money than to get hurt.
歹徒要的你都给他们。

损失金钱比受到伤害要好得多。

TRIP -FAMILY 家庭旅行时的安全措施
→Keep your kids at sight.
不要让你的孩子离开你的视线范围。

→When you arrive to any amusement place (shopping, park, cinema) identify the emergency exits.
当你进入任何娱乐场所时，确认紧急出口的位置。

例如：商场、
公园、电影院等等。

→Always keep with your personal belongings your medical documents such as blood type, current treatments, etc.
不要忘了将你的医疗文件放在你的随身行李，例如血型、近期的
治疗记录等等。

TRIPS -COMMERCIAL
公务旅行时的安全措施
→Identify those responsible for your pick-up at the airport.
确认到机场接你的人的身份。

→Do not have tags on your luggage with too much
information such as company name, entire name, home
address, etc.
不要在你的行李标签上泄露太多的个人信息，例如公司名称、你
的全名、家庭地址等等。

→Stay away from demonstration and crowds that might bring about many unpredictable troubles.
避开游行和拥挤的人群，它们会到来很多意想不到的麻烦。

→Teach your kids their own name, home address and
telephone number. 让你的孩子记住自己的名字、家庭住址和家里的电话号码。

→Your kids must know that in case of getting lost, standing
still is always the best. 告诉你的孩子如果和大人走失，最好站在原地。

→Teach them to whom they have to head in case of danger
both in the street and in the house. 告诉他当有危险时可以向谁求助，不管是在家里还是在外面。

→The kids never have to open the house door, neither alone
nor accompanied. 不论大人在不在家，小孩都不允许开门。

→Explain them that they always have to refuse any invitation to get into an unknown car or to accompany any unknown person. 向你的孩子解释为什么他们必须拒绝跟随陌生人上车或去其它的地方。

→Explain them that they always have to refuse any candy or
sweet given by an unknown person. 向你的孩子解释为什么他们一定要拒绝接受陌生人给的糖果或其它甜食。

诈骗预防措施
The bank can only provide SMS, Email service for bank cards customers with the application of customers and this service have fixed SMS number and format; if you didn’t apply to the bank but received SMS or E-mails, which is possibly be fraud.
Please contact the bank directly to confirm.
银行对于有关银行卡的短信、邮件服务，均需要事先申请并有固定的短信服务号码和格式；如收到没有申请的短信和邮件，很可能就是诈骗短信，请务必直接联系银行进行确认。

If you get any suspected SMS, Emails, Telephone Notice, Notification about bank cards, please contact the bank that
issue your bank card or bank union to confirm, or you can go to the bank counter to handle. Do not contact the phone
numbers, emails or web sites provided by those suspected
SMS and so on.
遇见任何有关银行卡的可疑短信、邮件、电话通知、告示等，应直接与发卡银行、银联取得联系和证实，或者亲自到银行柜台办理，切不可与这些可疑信息提供的电话、邮件、网址联系。

Your Bank card number, password and ID number are keys to your bank account, so do not give above information to any strange SMS, emails or phone number.
银行卡号、密码及身份证号是打开你账户的钥匙，不要给陌生短信、邮件或电话回复你的卡号、密码及身份证号信息。

→Do not believe those SMS, emails and telephone notification that told you “You have won a prize in a lottery”! The best way to handle those strange SMS, emails and telephone is to let it be.
切不可轻信“中大奖”之类的短信、邮件和电话通知。

对于一些根本无法鉴别的陌生短信、邮件和电话，最好的做法是不要管他。

→If you are deceived or you doubt that you have been deceived, please call the police.
如果已经上当或怀疑已上当，请立即报案。

PREVENTIVE MEASURES
AVIAN INFLUENZA
禽流感预防措施
→Wash your hands frequently.
Pay attention to the hygiene of environment, foods & drinks and hands can prevent many diseases.
要勤洗手
注意环境、饮食和手的卫生可以预防多种疾病。

→Eat cooked chickens and eggs.
Eggs and chickens should be thoroughly cooked before
eating. Influenza viruses can not exist in general at or above
70 centigrade. Wash your hands after touching uncooked
eggs.
鸡肉、鸡蛋要煮熟吃
鸡蛋和鸡肉一定要煮熟后食用，流感病毒一般不能在70摄氏度或以上生存。

触摸生鸡蛋后要洗手。

AVIAN INFLUENZA
禽流感预防措施
Pay attention to disease prevention.
Open windows frequently and ensure air ventilation. Pay
attention to the balance of foods, take exercise and improve your own immunity. At the same time ensure you have
enough sleep and don’t be too tired.
要重视疾病预防
经常开窗换气、保持空气流通。

注意饮食平衡、锻炼身体，提高自身免疫力。

同时应该保证睡眠，不可过度劳累。

AVIAN INFLUENZA
禽流感预防措施
Do not touch living poultry.
If you are working and living in the affected areas, please
remember: a. poultry feces or secretions can transmit avian influenza. b. Wash your hands and forearms thoroughly after touching poultry. c. Avoid all direct contact with living poultry.
Monitor your health for 7 days after touching sick, dead poultry or affected people .
不要与活禽接触
如果您在疫区工作生活，请牢记，a、粪便、分泌物是禽流感的传播途径之一，b、接触家禽后切记要立即洗手并清水彻底洗净上手与前臂c、尽量避免与活禽接触。

对病、死禽和病例的密切接触者应自最后接触之日起医学观察7天。

AVIAN INFLUENZA
禽流感预防措施
Do not neglect pets.
Pets fanciers, especially people are raising birds should be
more careful. Birds are very easily affected by avian influenza virus. Take notice to: Disinfect the birdcages when you are
cleaning feces and keep the birdcages ventilative and clean.
Wash hands timely after touching birds and ensure personal hygiene. Please contact vets for cure when the birds are ill.
不要对宠物掉以轻心
宠物爱好者，尤其是养鸟的同事应该保持高度警惕，鸟类是很容易感染禽流感病毒的，请注意：清除鸟粪时要注意消毒，笼舍要保证通风和卫生，与鸟接触后及时洗手并注意个人卫生，鸟患病后，请务必及时联系兽医诊治。
