摘要

本设计进行了年产1亿片牛黄解毒片的生产车间工艺设计。牛黄解毒片是以牛黄和雄黄为主要原料经过生产工艺技术制成的制剂。其用途广泛、价格低廉，是人们常作清热解毒和散风止痛的方剂代表。牛黄解毒片所采用的制备方法为：以牛黄、雄黄、石膏、黄苓、大黄、桔梗、甘草、冰片，以上八味，将原料经粉碎、煎煮、过滤、浓缩、干燥等一系列的生产工艺流程后，将其压制成片。本设计的内容分为：前言、处方的设计、生产工艺的设计、物料衡算、工艺设备选型及车间布局设计等。根据片剂药物特点和片剂生产车间工艺的相关要求，通过生产工艺计算，对牛黄解毒片的生产工艺流程、设备的选取及车间的总体布置等做了相对详细的概括，使得药厂生产工艺车间的各个环节都能够有效的结合，便于提高能源的综合利用率。

Abstract

The preparation method adopted by Bezoar antidotal tablets is: using bezoar, realgar, gypsum, skullcap, rhubarb, radix platycodonis, licorice, borneol, the above eight flavor raw materials,, the raw materials are crushed, decoction, filtered, concentrated, dried and a series of production After the process, it is compressed into tablets. The contents of this design are divided into: preface, prescription design, production process design, material balance calculation, process equipment selection and workshop layout design. According to the characteristics of tablet drugs and the relevant requirements of the tablet production workshop process, through the production process calculation, the production process flow of Bezoar antidotal tablets, the selection of equipment and the overall layout of the workshop were summarized in a relatively detailed manner, making the production process of the pharmaceutical factory The various links of the workshop can be effectively combined to facilitate the improvement of the comprehensive utilization rate of energy.
