1. PURPOSE

To ensure that appropriate training records are maintained.

2. SCOPE:- EN ISO 9001 Section 6.2,ISO 14001 Section 4.4.2,OHSAS18001: 1999 Section 4.4.2。

These procedures apply to the training needs and provision of training for all company employees.

It is the responsibility of the Managers, and all nominated Trainers to ensure that these training procedures are adhered to.

5.1 PLANNING OF TRAINING

Training forms an essential element in the business of the company and is constantly reviewed.

The objectives of the Business Plan.

The training needs of forecasted recruits.

Job transfers or changes in operating systems where training may be required to enable
the employees to carry out their new duties.

Any training requested by an individual.

The requirement of position description, interested parties and legal requirement;

The details are logged in a Training Plan, which is reviewed annually by Senior Management. This Plan is flexible and may be amended where appropriate to do so.
详细情况记录在培训计划中,由高层管理人员进行年度评审。这个计划是灵活的,可进行适当修改。
Senior Management retains copies of the Company Training Plan.
高级管理人员保留公司培训计划的副本。
In addition to the yearly planning cycle, other training is organised to suit an identified need or to exploit a particular opportunity.
除进行年度规划周期外,可以组织其它培训,适应确定的需求或特殊机遇。
Any employee can apply to initiate training by completing a Training Request/ Evaluation Form and submitting this to their Departmental Manager. The Departmental Manager, together with the employee shall determine Pre Course Objectives and sign the Training Request/Evaluation Form to indicate authorisation; or shall seek authorisation from a Director if a substantial cost is involved. If approved, the Director shall sign the Form to indicate authorisation. Once the training has been completed and evaluated for effectiveness, the Post Course
通过填写培训申请/评价表,并提交给部门经理,任何员工均可申请进行培训。部门经理应和员工一起确定课前目标,并签署培训申请/评价表,表示授权;或如果涉及到较高成本,应得到主管的授权。如被批准,该主管应在表格上签字表示授权。
Objectives are agreed and the Training Request/Evaluation Form and all other related forms shall be completed and filed in the Training Files.
只要完成培训并评价效果,对课前目标达成一致,应完成培训申请/评价表和其它相关表,并归档在培训档案中。
5.2 INDUCTION TRAINING

All New Employees shall undergo induction training that includes awareness of Quality Assurance, Work Instructions and Health & Safety、Environmental requirements.
所有新员工应进行职前培训,包括质量保证意识、工作指导、健康和安全、环境要求。
It is the responsibility of the Department Managers to ensure that the induction training using the company’s Induction Training Programme, is carried out.
部门经理负责确保采用公司的职前培训计划进行职前培训。
