摘要
振动筛是一种适合潮湿细粒级难筛物料干法筛分的振动筛分机械设备,是目前国内处理难筛物料的振动筛分机械设备。ZD系列单轴振动筛适用于矿山、冶金、煤炭、建材等行业用于黑色、有色以及非金属矿山的辅助或独立筛分作业中等粒度物料的分级,具有运转平稳、工作可靠、结构简单、易损件少、筛网更换方便以及筛分效率高和筛分效果好等特点。
本文首先介绍了振动筛的原理,简述了国内外振动筛的研究现状,分析了各种振动筛的特点,综合运用机械设计、制造等知识提出了新型ZD1224型单轴振动筛的设计思路。
其次,讨论和确定了单轴振动筛的总体结构,并对其总体设计、主要零部件的计算、技术指标性能以及底座等部件进行了详细的分析和设计,对其主要零件进行了设计、分析和计算。最后,分析了振动筛还可以改进优化的地方。

ABSTRACT
Vibrating Screen is a level suitable for wet fine-grained materials difficult to screen vibration sieving dry screening machinery and equipment, is difficult to screen materials handling vibration mechanical equipment screening. ZD series for single-axis shaker mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials industry for black, non-ferrous metals, as well as supporting non-metallic mining operation or an independent screening of middle-size classification of materials with a smooth running, reliable operation, simple structure , less wearing parts, screen replacement, as well as to facilitate efficient screening and screening effective and so on.
This paper first introduces the principle of the vibrating screen, vibrating screen at home and abroad on research, analysis of the characteristics of various vibrating screen, the integrated use of mechanical design, manufacturing, and other knowledge to a new single-axis shaker ZD1224 type of design ideas.
Secondly, the discussion and determination of the single-axis shaker of the overall structure and its overall design, the calculation of the main components, technical indicators such as performance, and the base components of the detailed analysis and design, its main components for the design, analysis and calculation. Finally, the analysis of the vibrating screen can also be optimized to improve the place.
