1.电伴热简介Brief Introduction of Electric Heat Trace

电伴热是用电热的能量来补充被伴热体在工艺流程中所散失的热量.电伴热具有热效率高,节约能源,设计简单,施工安装方便,无污染,使用寿命长,能实现遥控和自动控制等优点,是取代蒸汽伴热的技术发展方向,是国家重点推广的节能环保项目。

Electric heat trace is, by heating, used to compensate for the heat loss from the heated objects during process flows. Electric heat trace has the following advantages: high efficiency, energy saving, simple design, safe and easy to installation , no pollution, long use life, remote control and automatic control, etc. It's the technical trend to take the place of steam heating. It's also one of the State's important environmental projects of energy saving.

(1) 石油管线防凝、解蜡和伴热保温。

Oil pipes freeze protcction, wax melting and thermal insulation.

(2) 油田井口采油树的伴热防凝。

Oil fields: freeze protcction for oil extraction tree.

(3) 化工管道、罐体、仪表管线的伴热保温。

Chemical pipes, tanks, meter pipes: thermal insulation.

(4) 海上石油平台输油管线伴热和水管线防冻。

Petrol platform on the sea: thermal insulation for pipes and freeze protection for water pipes.

(5) 港口码头油库介质管线的伴热保温和水管线的防冻。

Oil storage in ports: thermal insulation for the media pipes and freeze protection for water pipes.

2.管道散热量的计算

管道散热量的计算

Caculation for Heat Losses of Pipes and Cable Length

要计算管道散热量,先要知道下列各参数:介质维持温度 T j;管道材质、公称口径(D N)和长度 (m);最低环境气温(T0);用多少厚的何种保温材料?具体计算方法有以下两种:

Before calculating the heat loss, the following parameters must be gained: maintaince Temperature for media Tj, Pipe material, Pipe diameter (D N), Pipe length (m), lowest ambient temperature, thermal insulation material and insulation thickness (δ) . Following two methods can be used:

(1)查表计算

Calculating by check Table

根据△T = T j一 T0、 DN 和保温层?厚度 , 查 " 表 3-1 "可得单位长度管道标准散热量Q b。

On the basis of △T = T j一 T0、 DN,δ,check

Table3-1 and find the caculated heat loss Q b per unit length.

然后,根据下列公式计算管道实际散热量:

Calculate the actual heat loss O s according to the following formula:

Q s = K1. K2. K3. Q b……………… (3-1 )

式中:

∙Q s--单位长度管道的实际热散失量,w/m

∙Q b--单位长度管道的标准热散失量,w/m

∙K1--保温材料导热系数修正值,查“表 3-2”

∙K2--管道材料修正系数,查“表 3-3”

∙K3--环境条件修正系数,查“表 3-4”

Thereinto :

∙Q s-- actual heat loss per unit length pipe, w/m

∙Q b--standard heat loss per unit length pipe, w/m

∙K1--correct factor of thermal insulation material's coefficient,Refer to table "3-2"

∙K2-- correct factor of pipe material, refer to table"3-3"

∙K3-- correct factor of environmental conditions, refer to table "3-4"
