Apply a chalky coating on substrate, which thickness varies from 1*85 microns to 5*85 microns./涂刷白垩涂料在底物上,它的厚度从1*85微米到5*85微米。
– This may be obtained by applying from one to five coats over the Surface, leaving each time a part of the previous layer uncoated. – Immerse the substrate in salt solution for 48 hours/将基材浸泡在盐溶液中48小时 substrate can be concrete, asbestos cement…基材可以是混凝土,石棉水泥…… salts solution: NaCl 1%, MgSO4 1%, CaCl2 1% and KBr 1%/ 盐溶液: NaCl 1%, MgSO4 1%, CaCl2 1% and KBr 1% – Dry substrate for 24 hours, seal edges with silicone putty /干燥基材24小时, 用有 机硅腻子密封边缘。 – Apply primer on the top in one or more coats (24 h. between coats)/基材上面涂刷底 涂一或以上(间隔24小时)。 – Place into test container: back in contact with water and test surface above water line./放置在测试容器中,背面接触水,测试面在水位上。 – Leave for 7 days and evaluate level of efflorescence/放置7天,评价抗风化级别
