Process of management of making specimen
(ISO9001:2015)
1.0目的
Purpose
规范焊接工作试件要求,制作方法和过程。

Fixed the requirement, method and process of making the welding specimens 2.0适用范围
Range
此程序适用于焊接工作试件的提出,制作,检验和保存。

This process adopt to the advance ,make,check and preservation of the the welding specimens.

按上述4.0条款要求对应的焊工按WPS或PWPS规定焊接工作试件并记录焊接参数。

Welder record the parameter wirh WPS or PWPS according to so you say 4.0 clause
6.0 工作试件的检验
6.0 inspection of the specimens
6.1 外观检查(EN ISO5817,EN10042)按WPS或PWPS焊接完成的焊接试样,合格的试样进
入下一步,不合格的剔除。

6.1visusl inspection (EN ISO5817,EN10042)making the specimens according to WPS
or PWPS ,hold the acceptable specimens ,eliminate unqualified specimens 6.2 用金相切割机按DVS1621标准切割取样,每个焊接试样取三点,距离焊接起弧和收弧
30mm处各取一点,焊缝中央处取一点。

6.2 Cutting the specimens with cutter according to DVS1621,take three points which
two of them should be 30mm far away from the starting and the end.and the other one should be in the middle of the weld.
6.3 用磨光机装60目砂纸粗磨至焊缝剖面平整。

6.3 Grind welding section plane of the specimens smooth with 60m sand paper
6.4 用抛光机装250/320目砂纸将焊缝剖面细抛至光滑。

6.4 Polishing welding section plane of the specimens with 250/320m sand paper 6.5 腐蚀液配制比例(体积比):
6.5the rate of corrosive (the rate of cubage)
碳钢:硝酸:酒精 5:100
Carborn steel : nitric acid: alcohol: 5:100
不锈钢:盐酸:水 1:2
Stainless steel: hydrochloric acid:water: 1:2
铝:氢氟酸:盐酸:硝酸:水 1:1.5:2.5:95
Aluminium:hydrofluoric acid: hydrochloric acid: water: 1:1.5:2.5:95
6.6 烧开腐蚀液后关闭电源,铝腐蚀液不需要加热。

6.6 boil the corrosive and turn off the power supply, the calefaction of the corrosive
of Aluminium is unnecessary.
6.7 将磨好的试件放入腐蚀液(2-3分钟)后取出观察,若不显像则加长腐蚀时间。

6.7 Putting the specimens into the corrosive about 2-3 minutes and then observing.if
there is not raster display then adding the eroding time.
6.8 大量清水清洗显像合格的试样和冷却试件。

6.8 Clean the acceptable specimens with a great lot of water
6.9 焊缝剖面金相检查判定(ISO 5817,ISO10042标准B级检查常规缺陷:气孔、裂纹、未熔合、未焊透、夹渣等)。

6.9 The determinant of the metallography of section plane (general defect of ISO 5817-B,ISO10042-B,air hole,crack,incomplete root penetration,lack of fusion,salag ).
6.10 整理试件和实验室。
