⑦拆卸某些部件必须使用专用工具,使用专用工具时参考本维修手册及专用工具说明书。
变速箱装配过程中的基本要求:○1熟悉装配要求、所要装的零部件的外观形状,正常的零件装完后所处的位置,防止个别的不合格品的使用。
○2装配前做好零件自检,检查所要装的零件,保证表面的清洁及无明显制造缺陷,尤其重要结合面部不得有毛刺、磕碰伤等,如:油封的配合面及装配时的过渡面,齿轮齿面不得有明显磕碰等。
○3拿零件时要轻拿轻放,不得碰伤零件的表面、尤其是重要结合面。
○4装完零件后,零件表面如果被零铜锤等敲击,要把零件表面上残留的铜屑擦除干净,保证零件表面的清洁。

就地成型密封胶(FIPG) 在变速器上不少部位使用着就地成型密封胶(FIPG)。使用该密封胶时,为了充分达到密封目的,必须对涂 抹量、涂抹位置及涂胶面的状态给以特别注意。涂抹量过少会产生泄漏,涂抹量过多造成密封胶溢出堵塞水或 油的通道或使通道变窄。因此,为使接合面不产生泄漏,正确地涂抹量及没有断开处是绝对必要的。 RTV(室温硬化型密封胶)与大气中的水分发生反应后硬化,因此通常被用于金属突缘部位。 解体 不需采用特殊办法即可容易地拆开用密封胶组装的部件。但在某些场合有必要用木槌或类似工具轻轻敲打 部件,破坏结合面的密封胶,或用平整光滑而且薄的密封胶刮刀轻轻打入接合面,但要充分注意不要损伤结合 面。 密封面的清理 用密封胶刮刀或钢丝刷清除密封面上杂物。确认密封面上平整而光滑,没有油污与异物。不要忘记除去装 配孔、螺纹孔中进去的旧密封胶。 涂抹要领 用 FIPG 组装零件时必须注意的事项。 在规定的直径上均匀涂抹密封胶,将装配孔的四周全围起来。还没有硬化的密封胶可以抹去。在密封胶湿 的状态时(15 分钟内),把零件安装在所定位置。安装时,注意不要把密封胶粘到不需要的地方。零件安装后, 应等待密封胶十分硬化(需要 1 个小时左右)。不要在这个时间内对涂抹部分上油或弄湿或开动发动机。 FIPG 密封胶的涂抹步骤由部件形状而有不同。请参照文本中说明的涂抹方法。

1.行星架齿轮架拆装工具(S399171ZF101)
⑴配套使用工具:螺丝刀 ⑵组成:挡圈 32.240 、联轴节主体 32.250 ⑶用途:ZF12档变速箱用于拆装行星齿轮架时固定内卡簧用 ⑷使用对象:维修换 故障点:行星齿轮磨损 ⑸操作说明:工具如图1所示 ①将专用工具卡到行星架齿轮的卡簧内侧,把卡簧收紧; ②然后用手将行星架齿轮架拔出; ③安装行星架齿轮架时,与拆卸步骤相反; ④安装完毕后,用螺丝刀将专用工具取下。

z f变速箱使用、保养和常见故障排除(一)ZF变速箱常见故障的排除:ZFS6-120型变速箱常见故障排除ZFS6-120型变速箱是典型的常规结构变速箱,结构先进、工作可靠。
偶尔出现故障应按下述方法排除。
a.换挡困难.ZFS6-120型变速箱由于采用同步器换挡的操作机构,因此操作简单。
一般来说如果某一个挡位挂挡困难,对于ZFS6-120型变速箱,一般来说是同步器锥环与锥体严重磨损。
变速箱需要拆检,更换磨损的零部件。
如果是各个挡位都不好挂,一般来说是由于变速箱操纵杆系各连接部位松旷所致。
检查更换磨损的连接件。
如果是变速杆挡位某一侧挡位不好挂挡,显然是杆系调整不当,使挂该侧挡位时变速杆与驾驶室底板相干涉。
这种情况只要调整就可解决。
离合器分离不彻底也会产生挂挡困难的故障。
b.掉挡掉挡往往是在车辆重负荷、路面颠簸,或是突然减速时发生,严重时在正常行驶时也会发生。
掉挡的主要原因一般是挡位锁弹簧软、挡位锁销磨损,换挡拨叉滑块磨损使其与滑套间隙过大,挂挡时不能到位,即啮合齿没有全齿接合,啮合齿偏磨造成齿面倾斜等都会造成掉挡故障。
此时需拆检变速箱,更换磨损超差的零件。
变速杆系调整不当,使某一挡位挂不到位也会发生掉挡故障。
(二)ZF变速箱的使用与保养ZF5S111GP型变速箱的使用与保养a.使用与保养.ZF5S111GP型变速箱在操作上应当注意:由于副箱是由气动换挡,在由低挡区换入高挡区(4挡换入5挡)或由高挡区换入低挡区(5挡换入4挡)时,变速箱面临主、副变速箱同时换挡,此时变速杆从4挡(或5挡)挡位推出后,横向移向高挡区位(或向低挡区位),稍待片刻再推入5挡(或4挡)。
就是在由低速挡向高速挡位(或相反)换挡时要有间隔地操作,换句话说就是先让副箱换挡而后再让主箱换挡。
如果由4挡直推5挡,或由5挡直推4挡,会造成主、副变速箱同时换挡,这样如果离合器抬起而某一挡位又正处于换挡过程,这往往易造成啮合打齿的事故。
与ZFS-120型变速箱相同,此变速箱也严禁发动机熄火空挡滑行,原则上也不提倡空挡滑行的操作。

2. 注意变速箱与马达连接处的O 型圈。使用8.8级螺栓固定液压马达。 如果马达使用的是2孔法兰固定模式,请咨询ZF应用部门获取更多的关于连接方案 的建议。 当装配马达时,需先拆下变速箱输入端的防护盖板。为避免装拆过程当中出现漏油 现象,应将变速箱马达连接口朝上,润滑油泵以及降档互锁机构朝下。同时需确保 润滑油泵及降档互锁机构不受损坏。

动力换档机构同时具有停车制动功能。 在停车制动模式下,制动器活塞受弹簧力作用而压紧摩擦片,固定行星齿轮机构外齿圈; 同时离合器摩擦片保持压紧状态,从而将整个行星齿轮机构相对变速箱壳体保持固定状 态,实现停车制动。
液压降档互锁避免了在高速时从二档降为一档的误操作,从而导致液压马达失速。在液压 降档互锁模式下,如果在高速时选择一档,车辆不会马上变为一档,只有当车速降到降档 点时,才会自动切换为一档。 降档点大致位于一档最高车速的75%左右。 升档操作无此功能。无论车前进还是倒退,均有此降档互锁功能。 在下坡等状况下,车辆因为惯性作用,也可能造成马达失速,液压降档互锁功能并不能避 免此类型的马达失速。整车制造商应该考虑此种状况下,对马达的保护措施。 除液压降档互锁保护外,还可选择电控降档保护。在此情况下,ZF提供一个速度信号供整 车制造商设计降档保护电控单元。此速度信号还可以作为里程表传感器。
