4.35kv电力变压器试验方法及要求

Test methods and requirements for 35kv transformers

a)变压器总装前应对35kv高压充油套管进行绝缘电阻及介质损耗角正切值

tgδ检查：Prior to final assembly of transformer, insulation resistance and

dielectric loss angle tangent tgδshall be inspected to 35kv HV bushings.

用2500V/100000MΩ电子兆欧表进行绝缘电阻检查，要求绝缘电阻

值不低于产品出厂试验值的70% 。

Megger test shall be done by using 2500V/100000MΩmegger, and the real value cannot be less than 70% of manual value.

用GWS-ⅡA光导微机介测试仪进行介质损耗角正切值tgδ检查，被测tgδ值不应超过产品出厂试验值的130%，但测量时温度应换算到出厂测量时的值才能比较。

Inspection of dielectric loss angle tangent tgδshall be conducted by using GWS-ⅡA Medium loss tester, and the tested tgδcannot be more than 130% of manual value, convert to the same temperature.

b)测量绕组连同套管的绝缘电阻、吸收比；Measuring insulation resistance and

absorption of winding with bushings.

用2500V/100000MΩ电子兆欧表进行，要求绝缘电阻值不低于产品出厂试验值的70%，吸收比不小于1.3（常温下）。

2500V/100000MΩmeger shall be used. The real value cannot be less than 70% of manual, and the valve of absorption not less than 1.3, both valve

convert to the same temperature.

c)测量绕组连同套管的直流电阻；Measuring DC resistance of winding with

bushings.

用PS-Ⅱ低电阻快速测量仪进行，要求在各分接头的所有位置进行，其数值与同温度下产品出厂实测数值比较，相应变化不应大于2%；

PS-Ⅱlow-resistance rapid surveying instrument shall be used for all the

locations of each tap. The deviation between manual and the actual value

tested under the same temperature shall not be more than 2%.

d)检查所有分接头的变压比和接线组别: Measuring the transformer voltage

ratio and confirm vector group as per the name plate data.

用QJ-35变压比电桥进行，其结果与制造厂铭牌、标记、符号、数据相比应无明显差别，并应符合变压比规律；接线组别应与铭牌一致。
