我国汽车产业供应链金融服务研究

摘要

汽车产业是“十二五”规划重点产业之一，2009年中国的汽车产销量已达世界第一，随着国内汽车消费进入快速发展阶段，汽车上下游配套企业的融资研究成为汽车行业中关注的重点，而供应链金融服务的兴起，无疑为处于供应链上下游的汽车厂商配套企业提供了一条新型的融资渠道，即通过把握汽车产业采购、生产、仓储、配送、销售过程中货物流、资金流、信息流的密切衔接，灵活的选择融资主体，提高汽车供应链竞争力，促进汽车行业健康快速发展。

本文结合汽车供应链金融现有的研究成果，在对当前汽车供应链金融服务发展的现状及所存在的问题进行分析的基础上，借鉴国外先进经验，对汽车供应链金融服务发展趋势进行论证及阐述，最后结合供应链金融服务的发展趋势，对提高汽车产业供应链金融服务提出对策建议。

本文的结构主要分为六大部分，第一部分引言主要对本文的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究方法及创新之处进行阐述及说明；第二部分对汽车供应链金融的基本概念、特点及作用进行介绍；第三部分对我国汽车产业供应链金融服务的现状、发展中的主要问题进行分析；第四部分则是从外部环境、内部渠道、服务产品及新兴形态等方面对该金融服务的发展趋势进行分析，同时对可借鉴的国外先进经验进行论证；第五部分即是对提高我国汽车供应链金融服务提出可参考的对策建议及具体方案，按照细分市场的融资需求，对外部政策环境、产品创新方式、融资渠道建设等方面提出了针对性的建议，增强了本文的实践意义及可参考性；第六部分为结论，在对汽车产业供应链金融服务进行总结的同时，对该金融服务未来的发展方向进行设想和展望。

The study on the financial service in Chinese automotive industry supply chain

Abstract

The automotive industry, whose production and sales has already ranked top all over the world in 2009, is one of the key industries of the 12th Five-Year Plan. With the domestic auto consumption going into a stage of rapid development, the financing research on up- and downstream accessory enterprises is a focus in the automotive industry. Furthermore, the rise of supply chain financial service undoubtedly provides a new financing channel for the up- and downstream accessory enterprises’ manufacturers in the supply chain of automotive industry, viz. promote the healthy and rapid development of the automotive industry through grasp the close link among goods flow, capital flow and information flow in the procurement, production, warehousing, distribution and sales process in this field, flexible options for the main body of financing and the improvement of the competitiveness in the automotive supply chain.

In this paper, combining the existing research on the finance of automotive supply chain, based on the analysis of the actuality and problem in the development of financial services in automotive supply chain, learning from the advanced experience of foreign countries, the trend of financial services in automotive supply chain is elaborated and demonstrated. Finally, combining the development trend of financial services in supply chain, some suggestions, which improve the financial services in automotive industry supply chain, are put forward.

The paper contains the following six main parts. In Part I, the research background, research methods and innovation are elaborated and illustrated; the basic concepts, characteristics and role of the finance in automotive supply chain are introduced in the second part; in the third part, the status quo of the financial services in Chinese automobile industry supply chain and the main problems in the
