A:Hello Mr,Wade . This is Lin, calling from Fuzhou, China.

B:Hello, Miss Lin. Pleased to hear from you.

A：As Canton Fair is approaching, I’d like to know if you have any plan to visit the fair this spring.

广交会快到了，我想知道您是否打算参加这次春季广交会。

B:Yes,we are planning to visit the fair. We would appreciate it if you could meet us there.

A：I’m eager to meet you because we have a lot of things to discuss with you face to face. Do you have any opening? Could you tell me the schedule of your visit so that we can make arrangement beforehand?

B: Nothing special. My colleague Mr, Brandon will go with me . So please make reservations for two standard rooms for us.

A: We will make a reservation for you immediately.

B:Oh, please book the hotel with convenient transportation to the Fair, because we are not familiar with the city and we don’t want to spend too much time on the way back and forth everyday.

A: Please don’t worry about it . We will try our best. I think Overseas Chinese Hotel is a nice option. It is within walking distance to the fair. Y
