印刷机刮刀的控制程序

1. Purpose (目的)

This instruction indicate controlling printer squeegee effectively and using rationally in the production.

这份指导书是要指导对SMT 印刷机刮刀的有效控制及在生产中的合理应用 2. Scope (范围)

This document is only used for Flextronics(Shanghai) system.

4. Responsibility (职责)

4.1 Operator should be in charge of some of ordinary work such as using, washing and checking the

squeegee, if they find any trouble feedback the equipment engineer or technician immediately.

作业员负责印刷刮刀的领用、清洗和外观检查，如发现有不良应及时反馈设备工程师或技术员。 5. Procedure ( 程序)

5.1.1 Generate a unique number for each squeegee and then record in the squeegee management record sheet .

设备部对合格的刮刀进行编号，并纳入管理系统，并在刮刀的上贴上标签。

5.1.2 The operator brings out the squeegee according to WI, and recorded it.

操作员根据WI 从刮刀架中取出相对应尺寸的刮刀，并做好记录。

5.1.3 Technician must check the squeegee has damage and no clean or not before launch using the squeegee

使用前操作员注意检查刮刀有无损坏及变形，是否清洁。

5.1.4 The operator take away the squeegee to clean when the end of production, and confirmed by technician.

每次生产结束，印刷机操作员取下刮刀对其表面进行清洁.

5.2 Squeegee scrap 刮刀的报废

5.2. The squeegee need to scrap as below ,and equipment technician write application. 在下列情况下，刮刀不可再用，需报废. 5.2.1 Squeegee edge is warpage

刮刀表面弯曲

5.2.2 Squeegee edge have a chip off

刮刀表面有缺口

5.2.3 Squeegee surface worn

刮刀表面和刀架磨损
