具体职责和权限如下：

1)负责对外代表本公司联络与协商RBA社会责任管理体系的认证及相关的内外沟通事宜；

2)负责RBA社会责任管理体系的有效执行，并组织管理评审；

3)确保RBA方针、目标及整个RBA社会责任管理体系能得到全体人员的参与和理解；

4)负责组成健康与安全管理机构，并负责计划、推行及落实本体系的有关环境、健康与安全的各

项政策、措施要求，确保符合公司及相关法律法规的要求；

5)负责内部审核小组的编成与督导执行，并拟定审核计划，确保整个管理体系有效运行，并持续

改进；

6)定期向管理层报告RBA社会责任管理体系的实施绩效。
