摘要

涤纶工业丝是指高强、粗旦的涤纶工业用长丝，其纤度不小于550dtex。根据其性能可分为高强低伸型(普通标准型)、高模低收缩型等。其中高模低收缩型涤纶工业丝由于具有断裂强度大、弹性模量高、延伸率低、耐冲击性好等优良性能，在轮胎和机械橡胶制品中有逐步取代普通标准型涤纶工业丝的趋势。

本设计采用国产高粘聚酯切片为原料，以FDY一步法进行纺丝。设计出一条合理的生产工艺流程，设定各个工艺参数和设备，通过固相缩聚，转鼓增粘，纺丝，卷绕，生产出1100dtex/210F, 1667dtex/192F, 880dtex/210F三种规格的涤纶工业丝，以满足市场需求。

ABSTRACT

Polyester industrial yarn refers to high-strength, coarse denier for industrial use of polyester filament, and its denier is large than 550dtex. The basis of their performance can be divided into high-strength low-stretch type (general standard), high modulus low shrinkage type and so on. The high modulus low shrinkage-type polyester industrial yarn with a breaking strength as a result of large，high elastic modulus, low elongation, good impact resistance and other excellent performance, in the tire and mechanical rubber products are gradually replacing the ordinary standard polyester industrial yarn trend.

The PET industrial yarns were spun with the material of high viscosity PET chips in FDY spinning process. A reasonable operation technology was designed in the article. After solid phase polycondensation, spinning and convolution produces three different categories of PET industrial yarns of 1100dtex/210F, 1667dtex/192F and 880dtex/210F were producted to satisfy the market’s demand.
