让步 though/although/even if/ 状语 even though/whoever.../ 从句 no matter who...

Whoever/No matter who breaks the law,he should be punished.
目的 that/so that/ 从句中常用 状语 in order that should和 从句 could。 当主、从句主 语一致时,从 句常可简化为 in order to/ so as to结构。
He came in quietly in order that/so that he shouldn������ t wake his wif e./in order not to/so as not to wake his wife. He spoke loud in order that/so that we could hear him.

Once you have decided,tell me. once和 once一旦……, as soon 就……。既表示时 as 间,又含有条件意味。
as soon as只表示时 间上紧接。

2.状语从句
时 when/ 当主句动作是瞬时的, 间 while 从句动作是延续的时, 状 /as 三者都可以用。 语 as强调主、从句动作同 从 时或几乎同时发生。 句 while从句的谓语必须 是延续的,不能是一点 时间。
When John arrived,I was cooking lunch.(不用while)
时间 till和 状语 until 从句
用于肯定句时,主句 谓语动词必须是延 续的。
He waited until/till it was dark.
用于否定句时,主句 He didn������ 谓语必须是瞬时的。 was dark. 用于强调句型时,必 须是it is not until... that...。
原因 because/ 状语 as/since/ 从句 now that
because为常用词,且 I didn������ t come to 说明的是直接原因, school yesterday 并可回答why引导的 because I was ill. 问句。 —Why are you late today? —Because I didn������ t catch the bus. as,since和now that语 气较弱,常用来表示 一些显而易见或对 方知道的原因。since 译为“既然Hale Waihona Puke Baidu鉴于”时 不可用as替换。 As it������ s raining,yo u������ d better take a taxi. Since everybody is here,let������ s begin.

时间 状语 从句
名词短语every time/the moment/ the minute等和副词immediately/ directly等也可引导时间状语从句。
Every time I met him, he was always wearing his old cap. I recognised him immediately I saw him. Put the books where you took it. I������ ll remember you wherever I go.
结 果 状 语 从 句
such... 修饰形容词只能用 that/ so。 so... 修饰副词只能用so。 that/ so that 修饰可数名词单数 可用so或such。 修饰可数名词复数 只能用such。 修饰不可数名词只 能用such。
