[写作技法指导]
[文体指导]
建议信是针对某事向收信人提出建议和忠告的一种文体。

其目的是要使对方接受自己的想法、主张，解决有关问题。

因此建议性书信要写得简明扼要、目的明确、理由充分、具有说服力。

正文是建议信的主体部分，其结构如下：
1．首段
表明写作意图。

陈述事由，简单介绍自己，注意语气。

2．主体
建议的内容。

围绕对方的困惑、烦恼等问题，用科学委婉的语言提出自己的建议、方法。

注意要充分考虑到对方的实际问题，表达时应选择得体的语言。

切忌用语生硬呆板，泛泛而谈。

3．尾段
简单地提出希望。

希望自己的建议能对对方有所帮助。
