第三届“我为公司发展建言献策”活动实施方案

为贯彻落实省公司年初工作会议精神～促进企业激情文化传播～省公司决定继续组织开展“我为公司发展建言献策”活动～以此为抓手～激发员工参与企业管理、关心企业发展的激情～促进企业文化核心理念与企业日常工作的有机结合～特制定本方案。

一、活动内容

“建言献策”活动要紧紧围绕企业发展的中心～通过搭建广大员工参与企业管理的平台～动员广大干部员工发挥企业主人翁精神～紧密结合本单位和全省移动企业管理以及生产经营的实际～创新工作思维～积极建言献策。建言献策内容涉及企业生产、经营、业务、管理的各个方面,具体包括以下三种形式:查找工作短板提出改进建议,研究如何提升公司在运营、管理、服务各方面能力的建议,面对激烈市场竞争如何创新开展工作提高效率与效益的建议。
