教学内容:Unit4 I have a pen pal

A let’s talk

教学目标:

1.知识与能力:

能够在情景中运用句型:What are …’s hobbies? He /She likes ….谈论他人的爱好与个人信息。

2.能够听懂,会说,会表演Let’s talk的内容,并在真实场景中交流和运用。

3.过程与方法 :运用视频教学以及小组合作的方法进行教学

4.情感态度:培养通过了解对方的兴趣爱好结交朋友的意识

能够看图捕捉主要信息,并根据提示做出听前预测

教学重点:What are …’s hobbies? He /She likes ….学习句子并会运用

教学难点:like 在遇到第三人称单数时要变成单三形式,以及后接v-ing。

教学过程:

(每一步下面都要有设计意图,最后要有作业)

课前一支歌《Big Big World》

Greeting:

T: Good morning children.

S: Good morning teacher.

T: How are you today?

S: I am fine, thank you. And you?

T: I am fine too.

Lead in

T:In our daily life, we have many friends.How do we make friends? Sometimes we make friends online. For example, we can make friends through emails or letters. We don’t have to meet them in person. We call them pen pals.In this unit, we’re going to talk about pen pals. First, Let’s watch how Zhang Peng and Oliver make friends. (设计意图:引出本节课的主题以及张鹏的笔友) Presentation

T:(主情境图右页内容) look at the picture,Zhang Peng is talking with Oliver about his pen pal,Peter.What are his hobbies? Does he like basketball? Is he tall? 提示注意核心词汇basketball 和tall. 播放录音核对答案。

(设计意图:通过图片捕捉重要信息,并根据提示作出听前预测,提高听力水平)

T: Do you want to know more about Peter?(呈现let’s talk 的图片)并提问What is Peter doing?学生将回答he is reading book.教师反馈:yes, he likes reading. He has many hobbies.(解释hobby)。

T: Can you guess what is Peter hobbies? 复习学过的动词词组,并以-ing形式板书在黑板上。

学生带这问题观看动画,完成表格,利用此表帮助学生理解课文。

引出句型:What are Peter’s hobbies?

学生回答:He likes …….(强调第三人称单数like 用单三形式,以及like + v-ing)

(设计意图:通过猜图片的内容,以及看视频理解对话的内容,并且强调重点知识like遇到第三人称单数时要用单三形式,以及后接v-ing)

Practice

1、播放录音,组织跟读,教师在过程中理解he lives on

a farm.以及he also likes singing.中also 的意思。

2、分角色朗读并表演对话。

3、Who is your best friends?Talk about his or her

hobbies.通过讨论朋友的爱好创编新对话。

4、附:四五年级学过的短语

Playing football, playing basketball,playing ping-pong, playing the pipa, playing sports, going shopping,swimming, doing kung fu, reading books, drawing cartoons, singing English songs, dancing, making a snowman, listening to music, climbing mountain,

(设计意图:通过跟读,自读让学生体会和理解课文,创编对话来提高学生运用的水平,游戏来巩固训练重点句型。)
