【The notes of perfume】
Top notes(前调): The scents that are
perceived immediately on application of a perfume. They form a person's initial impression of a perfume and thus are very important in the selling of a perfume. Also called the head notes.
当打开香水瓶,我们闻到的第一股香味就 是前调,它是香水中最容易挥发的成分, 给人最初的整体印象。
Middle notes(中调): The middle note compounds form the "heart" or main body of a perfume and act to mask the often unpleasant initial impression of base notes, which become more pleasant with time.
