Question: “How do I put the hydraulic oil in the pump?”

问题：我怎样把液压油注入泵中？

Answer: On the deck plate there is a threaded red cap. Remove the cap and fill the pump with oil. Now, this is where it may get confusing. The two-gallon reservoir pump has two red caps. Don’t panic though because you can use either hole to fill the pump. If you remove both red caps while you are filling the pump with oil, then the oil will go in the pump faster, because as the oil goes in the one hole the air is being pushed out the other.

Answer: The advance button must be held down while turning the pressure adjustment knob.

Question: “I am working in an area that requires more environmentally safe oil. What do you recommend?”

Answer: There are environmentally safe oils on the market. One that we recommend is Chevron Clarity® Hydraulic Oil AW ISO 32.

问题：我应该多久更换一次油？

Answer: We recommend changing the oil every 30 – 40 hours of continuous operation. It is also recommended to completely change hydraulic oil and clean the oil filter screen and magnet (located in the reservoir) twice a year. Change the oil more frequently when used in extremely dusty areas or when the oil has been overheated.

回答：我们建议每持续操作30-40小时更换一次。也建议一年两次完全更换液压油，清洗油滤网和滤芯（在油箱上）。

Tool Questions:

Question: “I am not able to remove the hoses from my tool or I can only remove one side of the hose from the tool and the other will not come off, why?”

问题：我不能从工具上取下油管，或者我仅能取下一侧的油管，其它的取不下来，这是什么原因？Answer: There is still pressure in the lines, causing you from being able to remove the coupler. First, make sure the pump is off while you are trying to remove the hoses. If the pump is on then the retract pressure in the hose is not allowing you to disconnect the hoses. If the pump is off then the pump might not have dumped all the pressure when it was shut off, causing the hoses to not be able to be removed. With both hosed hooked up to the tool, turn the pump back on. Cycle the tool a few times and then turn the pump off and try removing the hoses again.

回答：在油管中仍有压力，导致不能取下接头。首先，确定泵是关闭的。如果泵是打开的，油管中的退回压力不允许你取下油管。如果泵是关闭的，而压力没有释放，就会导致软管不能取下。油管向上，反向泵送。反复操作几次，然后关闭泵，再试着取下油管。

Question: “I own a TU-7 and TU-11. I lost my square drive for the TU-11, can I use the TU-7 square drive in my TU-11, since both tools are 1 ½” drive tools?”
