摘要

以人为本，推行绿色环保的家居环境。现如今，世界各个国家都在大力推行还林还海的行动。利用大自然的力量保护我们自己。生态环境的好与坏严重影响我们人类的发展。提高木材的最大利用环境的在生活中，经济中起到很到的作用。其中人造板的发展和运用越来越重要，又因为人造板为人工复合加工的木板，用切割机切断后，空气中潮湿的气体很容易扩散到木板中从而使人造板变坏。微辣防止此类问题，利用封边机对其四周进行封边。

封边机是把刨切单板、浸渍纸层压条或塑料薄膜(PVC)等封边材料将板式家具部件边缘封贴起来的加工设备[1]。封边机由于木材加工的要求，现如今已有：曲线封边机、直线封边机、手动封边机、全自动封边机、半自动封边机等。其中曲线封边机由于封边效果很显著并且生产速度快、也可以手自动转换。曲线封边机在木材加工的过程中被广乏的运用。

封边机中封边系统主要包括：进带机构、绞盘机构、断带机构、涂胶机构、托辊机构、电机等[2]。托辊机构在封边系统中其到很重要的作用。托辊机构中通过链轮传来的运动力由平键带到传动轴中，接着运用锥齿轮系统中90度的方向的转化传给链轮机构，从而使上托辊进行运动。在上下托辊的作用下使板件运动封边。这样封边效果就很显著。
