印刷加工合同（中英文）

PRINTING CONTRACT OF PROCESSING SUPPLICE MATERIALS

中国轻工产品进出口公司（甲方）

Morgan 出版公司（乙方）

甲乙双方就甲方为乙方印制杂志事宜协商并达成如下协议：

The partis hereto have discussed the matter of printing a magazine by A for B and concluded the contract the terms of which are as follows:

1、合作方式 Trade Form

双方同意通过来料加工方式合作。乙方向甲方提供图版底片（原大，挂网分色正片）；甲方按照乙方要求制版、印刷、装订，乙方支付印制费用。

Both sides have agreed to conduct business byu means of processing supplied material. B provideds A with paper and films of artwork (original size, with screens and colour separation, positive) while A does typesetting, printing and binding according to the requrements of B, and charge a fee to B for the work.

2、纸张 PAPER

乙方委托甲方进口必须的杂志印刷用纸，支付纸张价款的4.5%作为佣金。

B entrusts A with importing paper necessary for pringting the magazine and pays a commission of 4.5% of the paper cost.

纸张规格 size of paper

印制7期杂志 printig 7 issues of magazine

正文纸80克双面铜版纸，每期110令（合3.8吨）

Text paper: 80g. double coated 1 issue needs 110 reams of paper(it equals 3.8 tons) for. 7 issues

封面纸：150克，铜版纸，每期7令（0.5吨），7期共3.5吨。

Cover paper:150g. double coated. 7 令（0.5 tons）for one issue. 3.5 tons for seven issues.

读者服务卡：80克—100克，胶版纸，每期3.5令，7期共1.4吨。纸张由乙方提供。

3、成品交付 FINISHED PRODUCT

24800册交付，200册邮寄给乙方，邮寄费用由甲方预付后由乙方偿付。

24800copies per issue are to be delivcered to , 200 copies are to be sent to B and the postage is prepaid by A on behalf of B who will reimburse A for it.

4、加工期限 DRATION OF PRINTING

2009年共印制7期（月刊）There will be 7 issues (monthly) in 2009.

甲方在收到所有中文翻译稿和图版底片、编辑设计样的第45天提交印制成品给。Printing for each issue is finished and delivered to within 45days after A receives all Chinese translations and films of artwork as well as layouts.

5、印制要求与费用REQUIREMENT OF PRINGTING AND FEES

每期印制25000册。杂志规格：185mm x 260mm，骑马钉，每册64页，（40页黑白，最多24页彩色）。封面彩色。具体价格如下：

25000copies are to be pringted for each issue. The magazine size:185mm x 260mm. Saddle stitch, 64 pages per copy (40pages black and white, 24 pages

coloured ,maximum), covers: co;oured. Following price is based on this.

排字（包括选定字号，文字排列和校对）：1560 美元；

Typesetting (including choosing the typeface and making the design, proof reading): 1560 US dollars.

拼版、照相和晒版：902 美元

Pasting up, making films and plating: 902 US dollars.

读者服务卡：129 美元；Reader reply sheet: 129 US dollars

每期印制费为4379美元（每册0.175美元）

Pringting fee for one isseu is 4379 US dollars, (0.175 US dollar per copy).

7期共30653美元。The fee for seven issues is 30653 US dollars.

如果乙方要求用铁丝平订，每册加收0.02美元。

If perfect bingding with staples is requested by B. there will be an extra charge of

0.02 US dollar per copy.

签订合同后，如乙方需增加印刷页数（以8面为增加单位），按每面68.422美元计算，甲方向乙方收取所增加页数的加工费。每册正文64面加上封面，以25000册作为计

价基础，平均每面68.422美元，成品按实际页数计算加工费。

If B needs incresse of pages (taking 8 pages as a unit),it shoud pay 69.422 Usdollars per page for pringting, because based on 25000 copies and 64 pages plus cover per copy the price for each page is that sum.

6 、付款 PAYMENT

每期印制后交付并取得收据；乙方支付费用给甲方（请注明合同号和货单号）。When each issue is off press, A delivers the product to and sends the receipt written out by the rechiver, B will remit the fee through bank to A (The

contract number and trad form should be indicated).

7、期刊的页数、册数、印装工艺与上述规格不同时，参照合同有关内容相应变化，付款相应调整。
