海关监管区进出货物须知
一、严格遵守海关监管规定，未经海关许可，不得擅自监管货物开拆、提取、交付、发运、调换、改装、抵押、质押、留置、转让、更换标记、移作他用或者进行其他处置。
二、对仓储海关监管货物承担相应的纳税义务和法律责任。
三、海关监管货物按性质不同分罐存放。
四、凭海关纸质放行凭证和电子放行信息放行海关监管的运输工具和货物。
五、出口货物运抵码头场地或者泊位的，按规定格式向海关如实出具书面“运抵报告”或者“出口大宗散货到货报告”。
六、海关检查运输工具或者查验货物时，按照海关要求为海关检查运输工具或者查验货物、提取货样提供条件。
七、终止监管场所经营或者监管场所被海关注销经营资格的，应当按照海关要求对监管场所内存放的海关监管货物作出处置。
