diet 日常饮食

Chinese diet is high in fiber. 中餐富含纤维。

易混辨析：

diet和food

diet既可指习惯上吃的食物，又可指规定的食物。特指维持健康的食物。

food是一般用语，指进入身体供人或动物生长的食物。强调种类时为复数名词。

联想扩展：

（1）（按理）应该
