(1)Oxidation air control
Minimum4,400m3N/h of oxidation air shall be supplied to the absorber tank continuously by SINOFINN as a guarantee requirement. Minimum6,700mmAq of blower head is required as shown in the breakdown below.
Static Head : 4,400 mmAq Operation Pressure of Absorber:300 mmAq
Pipe Pressure Loss : 2,000 mmAq
Total : 6,700 mmAq
Accordingly,maximum2,000mmAq of pipe pressure loss shall be reflected on SINOFINN’s design of pipe sizing and route plan for oxidation air supply line.
Oxidation air system shall be adopted the equipment with abundant experience(EKATO or equivalent) in FGD.
