A job with more vacation time but a low salary is better than a job with a high salary b ut less vacation time.

As the awareness of mental and physical health caring, the length of vocation period has become a vital element when evaluat ing the quality of a job due to the fact that efficient breaks could contribute to stress releases and physical refreshment. In this way, whether to have a lower payment but longer vacation job or not has become a hot topic in current society.Personally, a more-vocation-providing job appears more attractive than a high salary one.

To answer this paradox, we should clearly define what job is. Job is a way to realize somebody's social function while earn his or her necessary living at the same time.Eventually, however, the meaning of having a job is to enrich our life and make it worth living. A job offers a high payback but little vacation is like a slave labor contrast that asks to devote the whole life into the office. A simple question can be asked is that when they shall spend their salary, may be later in the hospital. According to a survey, there is a trend of increase that young employees suffer heart attack, some even dead because of over-working.

Besides, life, such a precious chance being born in this beautiful world is not just about working in a small office. Since job aims at earning a living and contributes to the society,then it will be a respectful record if someone spent up all his savings at the moment of his death, enjoyed everything he could, been to everywhere worth visit. There is no denying that money is just a piece of meaningless paper if it has not been spent to exchange something valuable, while two of the most priceless things in the world should be good health and unforgettable memory, both of them certainly need vocation time to be achieved. As for health, it needs time to do exercises in order to so as to relax the muscle and bones, enjoy sunshine and also have a good sleep. As for memory, it needs time for meeting and knowing different people, visit different countries, experience different lives, and in the en d,transform the life into an adventure which is unregretful and unforgettable. So a job with more break time should be of more attractiveness than a job does not.

If someone, for instance, set his life goal as reaching the top of the career ladder and gain powers, then a job needs full devotion is more suitable for him and no one can blame him, since different people look at the meaning of life differently.

However, I believe, majority of people would vote for the opinion that job is only one of the fillings of life, which is incomparable with hiking or time spending with family.

In conclusion, from my point of view, a job with less vocation time weighted much lighter than a job offers a good vacation time, as long as it can cover my living spends.Only when this opinion has been universally taken, will our living standard be promoted as a whole.
