切忌,不能说“您什么时间有空?”,因为客户往往会回 答“最近很忙,要出差,我空下来再联系你吧。”或“时 间不能定,哪天有空我就过来。”这样的Show Up率会很 低,或者联系的客户到别的学校那里去报名了。所以,我 们在约时间的时候,尽量给客户2个选择,如“您看周六 还是周日方便?”“上午还是下午有空?”这样一句话, 其实有一点心理暗示,让他只能从这2个选择里选。如果 客户实在确认不了时间,CC先预设一个时间,然后告诉 客户再确认。这样留有机会再联系客户。
