5.1 Test principle 萃取法原理 Specimens of the cross-linked EVA are weighted and then immersed in the extracting solvent at the temperature specified. After extraction, the specimens are removed, dries, and reweighed. The gel content is calculated as the ratio of the final weight to the initial weight. . EVA 类胶粘剂，在应用工艺中由于加热粘结固化，部分 EVA 交联成凝胶用溶剂二甲苯来萃取样品中未交联的部 分，从而得以进行交联度的测定。 5.2 Test occasion 测试时间 As a part of incoming-inspection-process for EVA-foil. EVA 来货检验时需要做。

5.3 Apparatus 设备 Round-bottom flask with large-mouth, reflux condenser, ring stand, ring stand clamp, 120-mesh wire cage, desiccator, electronic balance(percent 0.01), vacuum oven, ventilated hood, heating mantle. 烧瓶（500ml），回流冷凝管，铁架台和夹子，120 目不锈钢网，干燥器，电子天平（万分之一），真空干燥 机，通风橱，电热套。 Reagent 试剂 DMB (dimethylbenzene) 二甲苯 5.4 Test method 实验方法 5.4.1 Test procedure 实验步骤 Prepare a specimen holder by cutting a 120-mesh stainless steel cloth measuring 120×60mm. Fold this to form a square measuring 60×60mm. Fold two sides of this square closed by folding the cloth at the edges about 6mm and stapling those folds to form a pouch with top open. Weigh this pouch. (W 1 ) 准备样品包，用不锈钢布做一 60*60mm的包。上端开口，称重为W 1。

Picture 3-1electronic balance Picture 3-2electronic balance 图 3-1 电子称 图 3-2 电子称 Fill the round-bottom flask with 250ml DMB to immerse the 120-mesh cage and specimen completely. 将圆底烧瓶注入 250ml 的二甲苯，以便不锈钢包和样品能够完全浸入。 Suspend the cage and specimen in the solvent with a small wire attached to the cage so that the bottom edge of the cage is almost touching the bottom of the flask. Boil the DMB vigorously enough (heat up to 140℃) to ensure good agitation of the solution with 20-40 drops/min from the condenser. Extract the specimen for 5 hours in DMB. 试样包用细铜丝悬挂于烧瓶中，烧瓶内加入约 250ml 的二甲苯，加热至 140℃左右，溶剂沸腾后，回流 5 小 时，回流速度为 20-40 滴/分钟。（见图 4）
Picture 4 extracting 图 4 萃取 After extraction, take out the cage and hang for a while to remove the surplus solvent; Place the cage and specimen into the vacuum oven for 3 hours with temperature 140℃ and vacuum degree -0.1MPa. Cool the cage and specimen in a desiccator before weighing for 20min. Weigh the cage and specimen W 3 (accurate to 0.0001g) 回流结束后，取出试样包，悬挂除去多余溶剂，然后放入真空干燥机中，抽真空烘干 3 小时，温度为 140℃， 真空度为-0.1MPa。从真空干燥机取出试样包，放入干燥器中冷却 20 分钟后，取出称重为W 3 （精确至 0.0001g）

5.4.2 Calculation 结果计算 C=(W 3 -W 1 )/(W 2 -W 1 )×100% The value C should be >70%. C Cross-linking degree, W 1 weight of wire bag without specimen, W 2 weight of specimen bag pre test, W 3 weight of specimen bag after extraction and dry C=(W3-W1)/(W2-W1)×100% 测试结果 C 应该大于 70% 公式中：C交联度（%），W 1 不锈钢网袋的重量（g）， W 2 试样包的重量（g），W 3 经萃取和干燥后试样包的重量（g） If not OK, the result should be reported to supervisor. 如果实验不合格，将实验结果汇报给上级领导。
