⑤ How to get to China Solar Valley如何抵达中国太阳谷
The nearest international airport is Beijing Capital International Airport. The easiest way from Beijing to Dezhou is to use the high speed train from Beijing South Railway Station to Dezhou. The train trip will take about 2 hours and 10 minutes. On average high-speed trains leave from Beijing South to Dezhou every 2 hours. 最近的国际机场是北京首都国际机场。

从北京到德州的最便捷的交通方式是乘坐动车从北京南站到德州火车站。

Himin Solar has been presented at the London Case Pavilion in Shanghai Expo. Himin is honored to be the only solar enterprise exhibiting in the China Private Enterprise Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai Expo. We recommend that you visit our pavilion in Shanghai Expo before attending our Congress in Dezhou. Then you can take D232 or D196/197 from Shanghai Railway Station to Dezhou in the morning.

At the China Solar Valley, attendees will see the trendsetting green buildings, including the Himin Sun-Moon Mansion, the innovative Solar Cube and the newly built five great centers in renewable energy, namely a manufacturing and logistics center, an R&D and testing center, an international conference and communication center, a science popularization and education center as well as a tourism center. Many attendees will live in the newly opened Micro-E green hotel, and may visit the energy efficient community “Utopia Garden”.
在中国太阳谷，与会者将会看到创新的绿色建筑，包括皇明日月坛、光立方和新建的五大中心，即可再生能源领域里的制造物流中心、研发检测中心、国际会议交流中心、科普教育示范中心和观光旅游中心。

Ⅲ Chairman Introduction 黄董简介
Huang Ming is the vice president of International Solar Energy Society, deputy to 10th and 11th NPC, vice president of Chinese Association of Renewable Energy, and board chairman of Himin Solar Co., Ltd. Himin has inspired the Chinese solar market and achieved the commercialization of solar products through innovative ideas and technology, not only giving impetus to the booming and promising Chinese solar industry, but setting the trend for the global renewable energy business. Huang Ming proposed the Law on Renewable Energy which came into effect on January 1, 2006, and lays a legal foundation for China’s strategy for dealing with the energy crisis.
Huang Ming was twice invited to speak at the UN Conference on Sustainable Development, and to share with the world the Himin model of solar industry development, which is of benefit to the global solar industry and its commercialization and independence from the governmental subsidiaries. In Dec. 2009, Huang Ming was invited to Copenhagen Climate Conference as the vice president of ISES and one of Chinese business leaders.
黄鸣，国际太阳能学会（ISES）副主席，第十届、十一届全国人大代表，中国可再生能源学会副理事长，皇明太阳能董事长。

皇明启动了中国太阳能市场，通过自主创新，实现了大规模商业推广，催生了一个富有强劲竞争力和巨大潜力的太阳能产业，成为世界可再生能源企业发展的标杆。

黄鸣领衔提案《可再生能源法》，这部法律在2006年1月1日颁布实施，为中国应对能源危机奠定了法律基础。

他两次登上联合国讲坛，在世界范围内推广“皇明模式”，有利于加快世界太阳能工业体系的完善及商业化进程，从而改变世界可再生能源主要依靠政府推动的不可持续发展现状。

2009年12月，黄鸣以国际太阳能学会副主席及中国商界领袖的双重身份参加了哥本哈根气候大会。

★日月坛微排大厦
日月坛是太阳能建筑中的里程碑。

日月坛大厦运用太阳能热水系统、（光伏建筑一体化）BIPV
技术和光伏并网发电技术等。

大楼建筑面积为75000平方米（800000平方英尺），与传统同等面积的建筑相比，节能达80%以上。

相当于每年节省2640吨煤或6600000千瓦时电力，减少二氧化碳排放量8672吨。

1.太阳能制冷采暖技术：夏季太阳能集热器产生的热水作为双能源机组的热源，使机组产生7℃～12℃的冷冻水进行室内制冷；冬季利用太阳能集热器产生的热水进行辐射吊顶采暖。

2.BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaics) ：BIPV是可以取代传统建筑材料的光伏材料，同时作为建筑结构的功能部分，如屋顶、天窗或立面。

BIPV是设计中不可或缺的一部分，与其他太阳能产品与建筑结合的方式相比，更加美观和谐。

Sun-Moon Mansion
The Sun-Moon Mansion is a milestone in the solar architecture. The Sun-Moon Mansion features solar water heating systems, building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), and PV on-grid power generation, etc. The 75,000-square-meter (800,000-square-feet) floor area saves more than 80 percent energy, compared to a conventionally lighted and heated building of the same size. This represents an annual saving of 2,640 tons coal or 6,600,000 KWH of electricity, with an annual pollution reduction of 8,672 tons of CO2.
1. Solar heating& cooling technologies: Hot water generated by the solar collectors can power the system to cool down the building in summer and provide radiant ceiling heating in winter.
2. BIPV: Building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) are photovoltaic materials that are used to replace conventional building materials in parts of the building envelope such as the roof, skylights, or facades. BIPV are an integral part of the design, they generally blend in better and are more aesthetically appealing than other solar options.

1.海水淡化技术：采用新型太阳能空气集热器和太阳能水集热器共同对海水淡化提供能量，通过强化加湿后冷凝获得淡水。

2.太阳能制冷采暖技术：夏季太阳能集热器产生的热水作为双能源机组的热源，使机组产生7℃～12℃的冷冻水进行室内制冷。

Solar Cube
1. The solar humidification-dehumidification method (HDH) is a thermal water desalination method by using solar air collectors. It is based on evaporation of sea water or brackish water and consecutive condensation of the generated humid air.
2. Solar heating& cooling technologies: Hot water generated by the solar collectors can power the system to cool down the building in summer and provide radiant floor heating in winter.
3. Grid-connected solar power system: The PV panels mounted on the roofs convert solar energy to electricity. These systems are connected to a broader electricity network.

1.太阳能光热技术：建筑物的屋顶飘板布置热管集热器，把太阳能转化成热能产生热水满足
住户热水需求。

2.太阳能游泳池技术：利用太阳能产生的热水通过板换持续向游泳池提供能量。

Hot Springs Resort
1. Solar thermal technology: The heat pipe collectors mounted on the building roofs convert solar radiation to heat and generate sufficient hot water.
2. Solar Swimming pool: Hot water is transferred to the swimming pool via plate heat exchangers.

1.太阳能鹅卵石蓄能技术：春、秋季产生的大量的热量储存在地下室的鹅卵石结构的蓄能体内，到冬季把储存的热量提取出来用于冬季采暖。

2.太阳能烟囱技术：春季、秋季集热器产生的一部分热量用来加热空气，使室内空气形成对流，满足室内通风要求。

3.被动式太阳房技术：利用被动式太阳房（阳光间）进行建筑被动式采暖。

4.地热能技术：夏季提取地热能（17℃～18℃的冷量）用于地板辐射制冷。

Douglas’ Villa
1. Seasonal thermal energy storage (STES): This technology enables the heat collected during the spring and autumn to be stored in a cobblestone basement and used in winter to heat the building.
2. Solar chimney: It is a way of improving the natural ventilation of buildings by using convection of air heated by solar energy collected during spring and autumn.
3. Passive Solar Room: This kind of building can be designed to collect, store, and distribute solar energy in the form of heat in winter.
4. Geothermal energy: The ground accumulates solar energy (warms up) during the summer, and releases that energy (cools down) during the winter.

1.太阳能光热技术：建筑物的屋顶布置工程集热器，把太阳能转化成热能产生热水满足住户热水需求。

2.太阳能光电并网技术：在建筑物屋顶布置光电板，把太阳能转化成电能并入电网。

Tai Chi Palace
1. Solar thermal technology: The collectors specially designed for projects are mounted on the building roofs. They can convert solar radiation to heat and generate sufficient hot water.
2. Grid-connected solar power system: The PV panels mounted on the roofs convert solar energy to electricity. These systems are connected to a broader electricity network.
