Disc run-out can cause brake judder.
2 Drum brake
If fluctuations (sticking and slipping vibration of the brake drum and brake shoe of the frictional force occur between the brake drum and brake shoe. This vibration is transmitted to the rear suspension, and this causes vibration of the vehicle body and then the brake pedal. This vibration is governed by the degree to which discs are parallel, the disc run-out, and the roundness of the brake drum and the contact distribution of its shoe.
3 Inspection – Caliper
1. Check the caliper body cylinder inner surface for wear, damage and/or corrosion.
2. Check the piston for wear, damage and/or corrosion.
3. Check the caliper body and sleeve for wear.
4. Check pads for deformation, metal backing for damage and for oil on the pads.
5. Check the wear indicator for damage.
6. Inspect the brake disc using a dial gauge and micrometer.
7. If necessary, replace the brake disc.
4 Front brake disc thickness check
1. Using a micrometer, measure disc thickness at eight positions, approximately 45° apart and 10 mm in from the outer edge of the disc.
2. If the disc is beyond the limits for thickness, remove it and install a new one. If thickness variation exceeds the specification, replace the brake disc
or turn rotor with on the car type brake lathe. Be sure to
follow the exact brake lathe manufacture instruction.

1. Clean the dust o vacuum brush or dry floor cloth and ought not to
