第 1 章零件的分析 1.1 零件的介绍和作用
角板主要用于机床及其相关部件的外部,保持零件间的位置,也可作为一定 载荷的支撑,主要起定位支撑是本零件的主要作用。
各部分尺寸零件图中详细标注,具体结构见下图:
1.2 主要加工表面及技术要求
零件的材料为 HT250,灰铸铁生产工艺简单,铸造性能优良,但塑性较差、 脆性高,不适合磨削,为此以下是 KCSJ-06 角板需要加工的表面极其表面的技术 要求。
