Application:

DLZ series power-driven wheel brakes are mainly used for wind braking under working state and auxiliary wind braking under non-working state for outdoor large and middle sized cranes and port handling machineries. Generally, this kind of brake is used on passive wheel, and carry out braking directly, which can effectively prevent the braked wheel from rolling displacement due to wind effect.

Main feature:

■Normally-closed type, safe and reliable; disc spring applied and electric open, electricmagnetic-keeping; self close under power -off condition.

■Completely sealing structure, and with high IP grade, long service life, small size, compact structure, as well as easy for installation.

■Adopt a structure that the motor carry out decelerating through gear to driving the ball screw as a pushing device, to improve motor power and increase the braking force, act correctly and fastly, without oil tube and sealings mature, and no wear phenomenon of hydraulic parts; without oil leakage(benefit for environmental protection ), lack of force and jamming failure.

■Adopt electromagnetic normally-opened clutch, normally-opened time of brake is kept by electromagnet, which can decrease the energy consumption when open the brake for a long period.HIgh performance friction lining is used to form

■常闭设计，安全可靠；碟簧施力制动，电动打开，电磁保持。失电自动抱闸;■采用全密封结构，防护等级高,使用寿命长，体积小，结构紧凑、安装简易；

■采用电机通过齿轮减速驱动滚珠丝杆幅的结构作推动装置，提高了电机效率，使得制动力大，动作准确迅速。且无油管、密封件老化、液压件磨损等现象；无漏油(有利于环境保护)、无力、卡死等故障；

■采用电磁常开离合器，制动器常时间打开依靠电磁铁维持，减小制动器长时间开闸使用能耗采用高性能的高性能摩擦衬垫与轮缘侧面形成摩擦副，材料对环境适用性好，摩擦系数稳定，对水和盐雾(海水)不敏感；

■单台设备可设置多台轮边制动器，使整机具有较高的防风能力；■能够实现电动防爬器、夹轨器等轨道作用式防风装置无法实现的，在紧急状态下，实施动态紧急制动的功能。并带有逐点成对释放功能可减小紧急制动时对设备的冲击。

■通过电控可实现各种自锁保护功能。如风速仪，速度传感器等设备控制的自动制动、手动制动、系统联机互锁集中控制等功能；■每台电动轮边制动器都由系统单独控制，便于监视和故障排除。

■Realize various self-locking protection through electric control. Such as anemograph, speed sensor and other device can control the auto-braking, manual braking, system interlocking for focus control.

■Each brake is individual controlled by system, which can easy for monitoring and failure elimination.

■相对湿度：环境空气的年平均相对湿度不超过75%，超出此条件时应采用特殊防腐型产品;■电机工作电压和频率： AC380V 50HZ ，持续波动不超过10%，短暂波动不超过-15%~+10%;■电磁铁控制电压和频率：AC220V ，50Hz ; 防护等级：IP54;

■适应工作制：连续工作制S1-100%；断续工作 S3-60%；工作频率不大于400次/h ;■有特殊要求时，在订货时协商解决。
