1. 供货范围Scope of Supply

该报价书为 MESSER XIANGTAN STEEL PLANT 提供 Atlas Copco HMH7 离心式氮气压缩机组一套。其中每套包含以下供货范围:

The equipment is one set of Atlas Copco model HMH7 centrifugal type nitrogen compressor package . It will be installed in the MESSER XIANGTAN STEEL PLANT. Each Atlas Copco packaged centrifugal compressor offered in this proposal shall be supplied complete with the following scope of supply:

1.1 离心式压缩机组

Centrigual Compressor Package

∙包括轴承、一个单斜大齿轮和两个高速小齿轮轴的水平剖分齿轮箱Horizontally split gearbox including bearings, single helical bullgear and two high speed pinions.

∙球墨铸铁压缩机壳体

Nodular cast iron compressor casings.

∙四个高性能 17-4 PH 不锈钢三元流设计半开后弯式叶轮Four high performance 17-4 PH stainless steel impellers with backward leaning vanes.

∙水平剖分式气封和油封

Horizontally split gas and oil seals.

∙支撑压缩机, 电机, 冷却器及放置润滑油箱的整体底座

Unitized, fabricated baseframe supporting compressor, driver, and housing the lube oil reservoir.

∙带旁通手动排水阀的三台中冷器和一台后冷却器。

Three intercoolers and one aftercooler with manual bypass drain valves.

∙带快开卡箍接头的级间气体管道

Interstage gas piping with victaulic couplings.

∙带气动执行机构和定位机构的进口流量调节导叶

Inlet guide vanes with actuator and positioner.

∙带气动执行机构和定位机构和电磁阀用于根据用户信号紧急放空的旁通阀（与主机分开装运）

Bypass Valve with actuator and positioner, a solenoid valve will be installed in the actuator for emergency blow-off upon customer signal input (shipped loose)

∙带不锈钢全防护罩的碟片式挠性联轴器

Dry flexible disc pack drive coupling with totally enclosed steel guard.

∙位于底座的润滑系统包括:

On base lubrication system comprising:

Lube oil reservoir integral to baseframe.

Lube oil level sight glass.

380V electric lube oil heater

Lube oil suction strainer.

Directly driven main oil pump.

-- 380V 电机驱动全通量辅助油泵

380 volt electric motor driven full flow pre and post lubrication oil pump.

-- 超大尺寸设计的管壳式油冷却器

Shell and tube lube oil cooler, oversized.

-- 10 微米级的双油过滤器

Dual Lube oil filters, 10 micron. With transfer valve

-- 润滑油温控制阀
