手术室护理人员术前访视对围术期患者护理效果的影响

【摘要】目的：观察手术室护理人员术前访视对围术期患者护理效果的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院2016年11月-2017年11月收治的手术患者98例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组49例。对照组采用常规方法护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加强术前访视，比较两组患者心理状态，舒张压（SBP）、心率（HR）水平，护理依从性及护理满意度。结果：观察组入室前SAS（20.60±1.37）分、SDS（21.49±1.51）分、SBP（134.25±8.75）mm Hg、HR（81.46±1.36）次/min，均优于对照组的（32.58±1.22）分、（33.04±1.06）分、（145.29±6.20）mm Hg、（97.41±2.11）次/min，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理依从性为97.96%，护理满意度为95.92%，均高于对照组的73.47%，73.47%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：加强术前访视，能够提高手术患者术前心率与血压的稳定性，缓解负面情绪，提高患者依从性，对围术期护理效果的改善较为有利。

The Influence of Preoperative Visits of Nurses in Operating Room on the Nursing Effect of Perioperative Patients/LI Junxiang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（25）：118-120

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of preoperative visits of nurses in operating room on the nursing effect of perioperative patients.Method：A total of 98 patients admitted in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups，with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing，while the observation group strengthened preoperative visits on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological status，diastolic blood pressure（SBP），heart rate（HR），nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：The SAS score （20.60±1.37）points，SDS score （21.49±1.51）points，SBP （134.25±8.75）mm Hg，HR （81.46±1.36）times/min were all better than those of the control group （32.58±1.22）points，（33.04±1.06）points，（145.29±6.20）mm Hg and （97.41±2.11）times/min，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The nursing compliance and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 97.96% and 95.92%，both higher than 73.47% and 73.47% of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening preoperative visit can improve the stability of preoperative heart rate and blood pressure，alleviate negative emotions，improve patients’ compliance，reduce the incidence of complications，and improve the effect of perioperative nursing effect.

手術室患者术前常伴有焦虑情绪，且手术相关知识匮乏。如未给予妥善的护理，极易对手术的安全性及患者预后的改善造成阻碍。有研究指出，加强术前访视，对围术期护理效果的改善具有积极意义[1]。随机选取笔者所在医院2016年11月-2017年11月收治的手术患者98例作为研究对象，阐述术前访视的方法，并观察手术室护理人员术前访视对围术期患者护理效果的影响，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取笔者所在医院2016年11月-2017年11月收治的手术患者98例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组49例。观察组男29例，女20例;平均年龄（58.76±20.15）岁。对照组男28例，女21例，平均年龄（58.58±20.60）岁。两组患者一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），有可比性。
