The flow chart shows how waste paper is recycled. It is clear that there are six distinct stages in this process, from the initial collection of waste paper to the eventual production of usable paper.
At the first stage in the paper recycling process, waste paper is collected and transported to a water and chemicals tank, where the recycled paper is made into unfiltered pulp. After that, the unfiltered pulp is washed by soap and water to remove the ink to produce filtered pulp. Following this stage, the filtered pulp will be poured into another water and chemicals tank where the pulp could be cleaned again to produce the clean pulp. At the end stage, the pulp is transmitted into a conveyor belt where the water could be squeezed. After being processed in this paper making machine, the end product: usable paper is finally produced.
Overall, it can be seen that waste paper can be recycled through simple steps.

Many businesses think that the new employees who graduate from schools lack basic interpersonal skills, such as working with colleagues as
a team.
What has caused this and what are solutions to the problems?
(Word count:291)
It is quite common today for entrepreneurs to argue that those with high school qualifications have poor communication skills. There are several reasons behind the phenomenon, and therefore, relevant measures would be suggested in this essay.
The most apparent reason is that high schools merely prepare students for knowledge and skills in academic fields. It is true that the curriculum in most of the institutions for teenagers is mainly about mathematics, languages and other academic subjects rather than about team building skills or communication skills. Therefore, such skills are rarely mastered by the new employees. However, an underlying reason is that they are accustomed with computer communication. A large number of students today keep contact with each other online instead of chatting with each other face-to-face. As a result, they lack the related skills.
An effective approach to the problem is that more team work and group assignments should be added into the school curriculum. This would encourage students to work with each other. For example, they should be required to do a presentation on a given topic together in a short amount of time. This forces them to manage to work out the interpersonal problems that they encounter during the process. Another
possible way would be encouraging students to take part in non-academic activities. If more students attend clubs after school, they have more opportunities to meet more interpersonal problems, and communication skills such as how to ask for help in a polite way and how to listen carefully would be cultivated in the process.
In conclusion, there is no doubt the lack of interpersonal skills results from the academic environment and personal habits of students in the 21st century. However, there are still some methods to meet the challenge.。
