一、HP255技术特点Technical Feature

1、动力系统：Power system

HP255烟雾净化器的动力部分采用德国专用风机，启动、换向、控制均为电子式，具有风量大、风压高（25000Pa）、低噪音、高效率、可靠性高(寿命5万小时以上)的特点，能有效的吸取烟雾颗粒，并最大限度的延长滤芯的使用寿命；

The power pack of HP255 purifier adopts special fan Germany. Starting、reversing、control are all electronic type. With large air volume、high air pressure、low noise、high efficiency and high reliability peculiarity. It can absorb smoke part efficiencily.

2、过滤系统：Purify system

过滤系统由多级过滤器组成，预过滤采用片状预过滤垫；主过滤器由HEPA高效过滤芯和化学滤芯组成，HEPA 高效过滤芯对0.3微米的微粒的过滤效率为99.997%，化学滤芯能有效的去除气流中的有害气体；

HP255 is composed of two filters—pre-filter and main filter. Main filter includes high-efficiency HEPA filter and chemical filter, high-efficiency HEPA filter can filtrate 99.997% granule which diameter is 0.3μm .Chemical can filtrate hazardous gas efficiently from the air flow.

HP255烟雾净化系统是专门为即需要高负压固定工件，又需要提取净化加工过程中产生烟雾的特殊要求而设计的。该净化系统具有真空度大，过滤效率高，流量可调，噪音低等特点，一台机器能实现固定和净化两种功能。

HP255烟雾净化器采用名牌高风压、高流量风机，能有效的固定工件和吸取烟雾颗粒，并最大限度的延长滤芯的使用寿命。

HP255烟雾净化器的过滤系统由预过滤器和主过滤器两部分组成。预过滤器能够吸附气流中比较大的粒子来避免主过滤器过早的被堵塞；主过滤器由加强的HEPA高效过滤芯和化学滤芯组成，HEPA高效过滤芯对0.3微米的微粒的过滤效率为99.997%，化学滤芯能有效的去除气流中的有害气体和刺激性气味。

HP255 purifier system specializes in designing forfixing flexible PCB board in the process of laser cutting and preventingpersonnel inhaling hazardous fume. This system has high vacuum degree, low noise, high efficiency, variable capacity, etc,can realize the function of fixing and extracting simultaneously.

HP255 adopts high air-press and capacity brand fans which can fix work-piece effectively and extract granules in high efficiency; the filters can be used as long as it can.

三、控制系统Control system

（1）、接通电源后，控制器的数码显示屏点亮；

（2）、按下FWD按键，机器启动；

（3）、根据使用的要求顺时针旋转旋钮，设备的流量增大，逆时针旋转旋钮，设备的流量减小，当逆时针旋转旋钮到零位置时，数码显示屏的频率显示为0，设备停止运转；

（4）、设备在运行中，按下STOP键，风机停止运转；

（5）、压差表测量主过滤器的阻力，当压差达到3000Pa时，需更换主过滤器。

（1）、According to the nameplate requirements and connect it by professional electrician. Meanwhile, check power-line connection it is connected exactness before the power on;

（2）、Put through power supply, the touch screen of control panel will flash;

（3）、Press the FWD button, the machine will start up;

（4）、According to the operational need, turn the speed control knob clockwise increase vacuum,turning the speed control knob counter-clockwise reduces the vacuum. When turn to zero position, the machine

shuts down;

（5）、During operation, press the STOP button, the fans shuts down;

（6）、Differential pressure gauge shows the resistance of main-filter, when the differential pressure reaches 3000Pa, it needs change immediately.
