This is a very strange thing happened only yesterday.

这是一件仅仅发生在昨天的很奇怪的事情。

In the morning, Mrs.Green got up very early.

早上，格林太太很早就起床了。

She opened the door and saw a very short man who was in white walking on the street.

她打开门看见一个穿白色衣服的很矮的男的在街上走。

A large dog was following him.

一条大狗跟着他。

Suddenly ...

Sarah goes to Dream Land.

萨拉去了梦之地。

"Sweet dreams," said Sarah's mum at bedtime one night.

“多美的梦啊，”一晚萨拉的妈妈在睡觉时间说。

"I don't know why Mum always says that to me and where dreams come from,"thought Sarch sleepily.

“我不知道为什么妈妈总是那么对我说，也不知道梦是从哪里来的，”萨拉犯困着想。

She was still thinking when her magic bed whispered,"Left,right,hold on tight.

当魔法床开始小声说话时她还在想，“左，右，抓紧。

We're off to Dream Land tonight."

我们今晚要去梦之地了。

The bed rose up slowly and moved round in the house and then out of the window.

床缓缓升起，在屋子里转，然后就转出了窗户。

Sarah held her teddy bear tightly.

萨拉使劲儿搂着她的泰迪熊。

Where were they going this time?

这次他们要去哪里？

The magic bed had taken her to so many exciting places.

魔法床已经带她去过很多刺激的地方。

And this time they landed on an island.

这次他们到了一个岛上。

"Here we are,"said the bed ,"Dream Island."

我们到了，”床说，“梦想岛

The bed took Sarah to meet a strange man who was doing something on a strange-looking box.

床带着萨拉去见了一个陌生男的，他正在对一个看起来很奇怪的盒子做着什么。

"What is it?"asked Sarch. “那是什么？”萨拉问。

"It's a dream box,"said the strange man, “那是梦想盒子，”陌生

人说，"What kind of dream would you like?" “你想做什么梦？”

Sarch looked at the strange box and thought for a second,then said sleepily,

萨拉看看奇怪的盒子想了想，然后很困地说，"May I have a

sweet dream?" “我能做一个美梦吗？”

"Good choice,"said the strange man and then he whispered something to the box.

“好选择，”陌生人说，然后他对盒子低声说了什么。

Soon the box made a loud noise and Sarah found herself in a beautiful garden.

盒子马上就大响起来，萨拉发现自己在一个美丽的花园里。

But it was a garden full of sweets!

但是那是一个充满糖果的花园！

Sarah couldn't believe her eyes. 萨拉简直不相信自己的眼睛。

She ran from tree to tree picking sweets and chocolate bars.

她从一颗树爬到另一棵树去摘糖果盒巧克力棒。

Suddenly the strange man stood in front of Sarah,with the strange box in his arms.

忽然陌生人站在萨拉面前，胳膊夹着那个奇怪的盒子。

"Now tell me what your second wish is?" “现在告诉我你的第二个愿望是什么？”

Sarah was so happy that she wanted to eat an ice cream. 萨拉很高兴，她想吃一根冰激凌。

Before she knew it,they were in Ice cream Land. 当她弄明白前，他们已经在冰激凌之家了。

There were so many colourful ice creams on the trees. 树上有很多五彩冰粉的冰激凌。

Sarah was so excited that she quickly picked an ice cream and put it in her mouth.

萨拉太兴奋了，她肯快摘下一个冰激凌放到嘴里。

It tasted so sweet that she tried three at one time. 太好吃了，她一次吃了三根。

Looking at a happy Sarah,the strange man let Sarch have her third wish.

看着幸福的萨拉，陌生人让萨拉许第三个愿望。

Sarah thought for a long time and in the end she said,"Can you take me to the Toy Land?

萨拉想了很久，最后她说，“你能带我去玩具乐园吗？

I want to get some beautiful toys." 我想得到很多好看的玩具。”
