集束式潜孔锤

1.Put the triangular bit into the hole of the chuck

把三角钻头放进导向卡盘的孔里

2.Put the bit retainer ring into the hole then.

接着将钻头卡环安装上

plete the triangular bits and bit retainer rings assembly

完成全部三角钻头及钻头卡环的安装

4.Lift the Bit&Chuck guide by using a hoist

4.Have hammers assemble and ready

将锤组装完毕，准备安装（右面的是锤）

5.Lift each hammer by using a magnet hoist and put all into the hole of the body 用吊车把每一个小锤放进锤体的每一个孔里

6.Lift the body onto the Bit&Chuck guide carefully

然后将整个锤体组放到钻头导向卡盘上

8.assemble the body and the Bit&Chuck guide by tighening the screw,using loctite and a tool 用乐泰胶及其他工具，将锤体组与钻头导向卡盘拧紧。

(Apply loctite onto the two sides of the washer first and inside of nut)

9.lift the air tank and put it onto the joined two units.(body and Bit&Chuck guide)

将配气室放到上述连接好的部件上（锤体组与钻头导向卡盘）

10.tighen the screw,using loctite and a tool to join the Air tank and the body

用工具将配气室与锤体组连接。

11.lift the adaptor and assemble with the hexagon joint

将转换接头与六方接头连接。

12.There are 2 pairs of holes, connection pins go in there each

转换接头上有两对眼，将梢子插到孔里。

13.Two pins are inserted 将梢子插到孔里

14.Washer is put next then insert split pin

接着将垫片放入后插入开口梢

15.split the pin by using a pincher like the photo so washer can be fixed well. 用钳子将开口梢分开（如照片所示），垫片固定完毕。
