前言
水是生命之源,是重要的自然资源和环境要素。长期以来,我国水资源的不合理开发、利用所造成的严重水资源短缺和区域性的生态、环境灾害受到了国际水资源与环境领域的广泛关注。现代资源开发利用已从传统的仅对水资源的评价与无序开发转变为更重视水资源量与质的综合评价、合理开发与利用;更加注重节水技术的开发与应用;更加关注水资源的天然循环与人为循环之间的协调;更加强调污水再生回用技术和污染水源的水质修复技术的应用与推广,实现水资源的有效保护。强调水资源合理开发与利用,加强水资源的管理和保护已成为当今人类维持社会进步、经济可持续发展所必须采取的重要手段和保护措施。
作为当代大学生,我们必须对水资源的利用与保护有所了解。因此通过工程课程设计,掌握水资源形成、评价、供需平衡分析的基本概念、理论与方法;掌握取水工程基本概念、理论、工程技术和措施;了解与水资源保护有关的理论、技术方法与措施,将理论与实践相结合,增长实践知识。将对我国经济的可持续发展有重要的作用。
课程设计是大学学习的重要环节,是每一个大学毕业生的必修课。我们要把握好每一次机会尽可能的开阔视野,增长见识,能为我们以后更好地把所学的知识运用到实际工作中播下种子。

Water is the source of the life, is the important natural resources and environmental elements. Long-term since, our country water resources development and utilization of unreasonable caused serious shortage of water resources and regional ecological and environmental disasters by the international water resources and the environment's attention. Modern resources development and utilization from traditional has only for water resources evaluation and disordered development into pay more attention to the quality and quantity of water resources comprehensive evaluation, the reasonable development and utilization; Pay more attention to water saving technology development and applications. Pay more attention to the natural water cycle and the coordination between the human cycle; More emphasis on sewage regeneration recycling technology and pollution source of the water quality repair technology application and promotion, realize the effective protection of water resources. Emphasis on the development and utilization of water resources reasonable, strengthen the management of water resources and protection has become the social progress and human to maintain sustainable economic development must take an important means and protective measures.
As a contemporary college students, we have to water resources utilization and protection understand somewhat. So through the engineering curriculum design, master water formation, evaluation,
supply and demand balance analysis of the basic concept, theory and methods; Water engineering master basic concept, theory, engineering technology and measures; Understanding and protection of water resources related theory, technology and methods and measures, combining theory with practice, practice knowledge growth. For the sustainable development of our economy has an important role.
Curriculum design is an important link of the college students' learning, is each college graduates a required course. Through the design not only can learn many class without knowledge, still can broaden their horizons, enrich their knowledge, for our future better the knowledge used in the practical work to lay a solid foundation.
