内容摘要

仓储管理是现代物流的一个重要组成部分，在物流系统中起着至关重要的作用，是企业研究和规划的重点。但是在我国往往被一些物流管理部门所忽视，在仓库设施设备的日常养护管理和仓库面积的合理化分配等方面还是存在诸多的不足之处，从而大大的降低了仓储管理的功能性。高效合理的仓储管理可以帮助企业加快物资流动的速度，降低成本，各环节运作顺利进行，并可以实现对资源有效控制。基于此，本论文拟对仓储管理问题进行实证分析。

本文首先介绍了仓储管理理论以及在物流中的地位与作用，对仓库管理现状进行了分析和研究，以星辉国际货运公司为研究对象，着重阐述了仓储管理对于此公司的必要性，结合星辉公司的操作特点，提出了公司目前对于货物在仓库储存中存在的问题和不足，如储存面积与实际货量的矛盾、仓库设施的日常保养机制尚不完善、货物出入库信息管理系统的落后问题。并且特别这对这些存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施和建议，针对公司目前的业务操作运行规模，合理的增加储存面积，改进存储规划。对于仓库的设施必须完善其保养机制来进一步提高仓库硬件设备，同时对与相对落后的仓储管理系统也是必须加强其实用性和适时的系统数据维护，从而提高了仓储管理的综合水平，给公司带来更为丰厚的利润。

Abstract

Warehouse management is an important part of modern logistics, plays a vital role in the logistics system, is the focus of the research and planning. But in China are often ignored by some logistics management, day-to-day maintenance of the facilities and equipment in warehouse management and warehouse area of rationalizing distribution there are a number of shortcomings, which greatly reduces the warehouse management functionality. High performance sound storage management can help enterprises to speed up the speed of the material flow, reduce costs, all sectors of smooth operation, and can be achieved on effective control of resources. For this reason, this paper intends to warehouse management: an empirical analysis of the issue.

And particularly the problems raised in these on a corresponding improvement measures and recommendations for the scale of our business operations running, reasonable increase the storage area, improved storage planning. For warehouse facilities must improve their maintenance mechanisms to further increase the hardware device, and at the same time relatively backward warehouse management system is also necessary to enhance its relevance and timely system data maintenance, thereby enhancing the comprehensive level of warehouse management, to the more lucrative profits from the company.
