摘要

在当前市场经济条件下,劳动力市场逐渐开放和成熟,但我们看到,近年来,就业歧视现象在我国十分突出。用人单位在招聘人员时会提出种种诸如性别、年龄、学历等要求,而女性在就业中所遭遇的性别歧视现象尤为明显,我国女性在就业问题上则越来越处于弱势地位。

本文通过了解女性就业的漫长历程,阐述了女性在参与社会劳动中所遭遇的性别歧视问题,多侧面地分析了造成这些问题的原因,主要是与传统观念的偏见、法律、法规制定和实施的不完善以及市场经济的不发达有关,并借鉴国际相关经验,从法律、经济、文化观念,乃至技术革新等整个社会经济系统环境视角提出一系列对策与建议,保障女性就业。文章说明女性在参与社会劳动中所遭遇性别歧视虽然在经济体制改革的过程中不可避免,但是为了推动社会进步的经济体制改革,有利于女性的长远利益和根本利益,保护女性在就业中不受歧视仍然非常重要。

ABSTRACT

In condition of current market economy, labour market is gradually open and grown up. But during the course of my work, I find some companies usually give many demands such as sex, age and study experience etc. In fact, every demand just is a kind of employment discrimination. The sex discrimination of employment the female encounter is especially extrusive. At present, female of our country more and more lie in a weak position in employment market.

This article through understood the long course of the female gets employed, elaborated the female encounters the sex discrimination question in the participation social labor, the multi- sides analyzed the reasons have created these problems which is related to the prejudice rooted in traditional ideas, the imperfect formulation and implementation of law and regulations, and the underdeveloped market economy, the model international correlation experience, from the law, the economy, the cultural idea, and even the technological innovation aspect proposed a series of suggestions, safeguarded the female to get employed. The article explained the female encounters the sex discrimination in the participation social labor although in economic restructuring process inevitable, but in order to impel the economic restructuring which the society progresses to serve the feminine long-term benefits and the basic interest, protected woman's employment extremely to be still important.
