摘要

环氧丙烷是除聚丙烯和丙烯腈,丙烯衍生物以外的第三大丙烯衍生物,是重要的基本有机化工原料。主要为聚醚多元醇,非离子型表面活性剂,碳酸丙烯酯和丙烯的生产。是一种重要的精细化工产品的原料,广泛应用于汽车,建筑,食品,烟草,医药和化妆品等行业。

随着聚氨酯工业的飞速发展,聚醚多元醇等衍生物国产化率将大幅提高,环氧丙烷的需求量仍会有较大的增长,我国环氧丙烷的供需将仍很紧张。随着世界丙烯和聚醚多元醇市场价格的起伏变化,国内外PO产品的竞争将更加激烈。本设计项目的投产不仅缓解我国PO的市场缺口,并且为其下游产品提供了丰富的原料来源,顺应产业的发展趋势,有很好的市场前景。

本项目采用固定床反应器的工艺流程,由于PO合成反应是放热反应,反应放热很大,采用一般的绝热床反应器反应温度不易控制,因此,使用固定床反应器在外设换热器的方法来取走反应热,以保证温度始终保持在最佳温度附近,用Aspen模拟反应器以及换热器生产结果。并且用CAD绘制换热器结构图。

Abstract

Propylene oxide is the third-largest propylene derivative except polypropylene and acrylonitrile, propylene derivatives, is an important basic organic chemical raw materials. Mainly polyether polyol, nonionic surfactant, propylene carbonate and propylene production. Raw materials is an important fine chemical products, widely used in automotive, construction, food, tobacco, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

With the rapid development of industrial polyurethane, polyether polyols derivative localization will greatly increase the demand for propylene oxide will still have a larger growth, supply and demand of propylene oxide will still tense. The future, as China has begun new production capacity, with the ups and downs of the world market of propylene and polyether polyols prices, domestic and international competition will become more intense PO product. Commissioning of the project is not only to alleviate our PO gap in the market, and provides a rich source of raw materials for downstream products, follow the development trend of the industry, have good market prospects.

This project uses a fixed bed reactor process, because the PO synthesis reaction is exothermic, exothermic reaction is very large, generally adiabatic bed reactor is difficult to control the reaction temperature, therefore, the use of a fixed bed reactor in the peripheral heat exchanger the way to take away the heat of reaction in order to ensure that the temperature is always maintained at near optimum temperature, with the Aspen simulation reactor and heat production results. And heat exchanger configuration diagram drawn by CAD.
