glutinous rice (糯米) [ˈɡlutnBiblioteka Baidus] walnut kernel(桃仁) [ˈwɔ:lnət] melon seed kernel(芝麻仁) peanuts kernel(花生仁) greengage (青梅) sugar(糖) Hawthorn cake(京糕)
Step 1 washing the glutinous rice , steam them and let them cool
Step 4 pack into a ball shape ,finally put a little Hawthorn cake
we can find the aiwowo at huguo Temple in beijing
Step 2 crush the Walnut kernel, the Melon seed kernel, the Peanut kernel and mix with sugar and greengage
Step 3 take proper amount of glutinous rice, pack into the stuffing peripheral kneading together
