摘要
一汽汽车公司, 起步于上世纪53年, 第一汽车肩负中国汽车工业发展的重任, 经历了建厂创业、产品换型和工厂改造、上轻型车和轿车三次大规模发展阶段, 产品生产由单一卡车向轻型卡车和轿车方面发展。仓库作为整个公司的核心, 担负着存储、保管还有诸如分拣、包装等加工增值的工作。公司既要追求多创利润的目标, 增加收入, 扩大库存量, 又要千方百计地降低成本, 节能降耗。仓库已经发展成了围绕货物的以存储空间、储存设施设备、人员和作业及管理系统组成的仓储系统, 功能也延伸到包括运输、仓储、包装、配送、联通加工和信息等一整套的物流环节。
本文就公司存在的问题对仓库进行优化设计, 围绕仓库布局, 物品摆放, 货品保管, 安全隐患等问题进行优化或重新设计。经过设施布置设计计算分析其中问题, 结合仓库管理办法提出方案。
