摘要

目前，信息技术已广泛应用于社会的各个领域，她改变了人们思考和行为习惯，信息化技术和手段有效的提高人们的工作质量，节约工作习惯，促进工作效率，提升工作价值。同时互联网获取信息的快捷和廉价使它成为现代最主要的资讯、交互方式之一。房产属于市民生活必不可缺的一部分，房产信息的一举一动自然被广受公众所关注，所以如何提供一个便捷、直观、有效的房屋产、销、监控、管理为一体的信息化管理，是每个房地产商提高市场竞争力的有利武器。新型集团作为大连地区房地产开发的龙头企业，实现房地产整体的信息化管理一方面响应了我国信息化建设的总体纲要，同时也提升了在房产开发的优势地位。

随着政府对新建商品房调控力度加大和存量房市场的扩大，全国二手房交易市场日趋发展成熟，成为与一手房交易市场既竞争又共存的市场形态。现阶段二手房交易市场的前景十分广阔，相关部门采取各种措施不断培育、完善二手房交易市场；同时作为一种市场形态，二手房交易在市场规律作用下不断发展。具体表现为市场交易需求旺盛、交易模式多样化、交易量不断增大等，其中交易模式对二手房交易起到重要作用。为了群众的方便，让人们体验网络发展带来的，根据详细的实用性功能，开发的二手房交易系统网络平台，充分方便了人们对信息的查阅，提高了对电子信息化时代信息掌握的效率。实现了用户足不出户就可以查阅二手房屋租售的信息。
