提到新绛就得说到我们的特产，绛州木版年画、绛帖、澄泥砚，还有麻花、油酥饼等等。来我们新绛你不用担心吃些什么，只需考虑怎么把它们带回去。

My hometown, Xinjiang of Yuncheng, is located in the basin of Fen River’s downstream in the southwest of Shanxi Province.

Xinjiang is also called Jiangzhou, which has a long history that is over one thousand and four hundred years. It was the capital of Jin Dynasty during the Spring and Autumn Period. My hometown is like a "lie cow", which only has two gates.

The long history of Xin j iang made it a city with abundant human landscapes and places of historic interest.

. Overlooking the city from west to east, there are “Jiangzhou Three Ancient Buildings”, gothic "Catholic Church", the Tang Dynasty "pagoda". Founded in Sui Dynasty, Jiangzhou’s classical architecture, is the only earliest authoritative park. The pagoda in Tang Dynasty within the Longxing Temple, whose top has repeatedly smoked. The mystery of smoking has confused people for thousands of years and nowadays we have not been able to solve it. The Confucius temple and the Kuan Kung temple, reveal the immortal cultural charm of the ancient city.

My Alma mater is near the pagoda, and you can reach Catholic Church by crossing several lanes. It is said that the church was built by a Hollander in

the late of Qing Dynasty who cost two gold bars. Every year many students collect coins for apples at Christmas Day.
