一、工艺原理Technical principle
逆流再生离子交换器(分阳床、阴床、钠床亦称软化器)为无顶压逆流再生固定床,用于软化水、除盐水的制备;在制水工艺上采用逆流制水。

当离子交换器出水再生工艺采用无顶压逆流再生,具有操作简单、外部管系简单、不需要任何顶压设施,投资省的优点。再生时,稀释好的再生剂由下向上逆向流经树脂层,将从下到上依再生不同层态的树脂,这种方式可以使树脂层获得较好的再生效果,再生剂可以得到较高的利用率,其次,具有废液排放量少,自用水率低等优点。

1.进水浊度Influent water turbidity:< 1-2 NTU
2.出水水质Effluent turbidity
强酸阳床:钠泄漏不大于100ug/l,一般在20-30ug/l

7.再生流速Regeneration velocity: 5m/h
8.再生液浓度Renewable liquid concentration: 1-3% 软化床的食盐浓
度可适当加大
9.填料高度Packing layer height: 1600mm(cation exchanger);2500mm

注:最下一层承托层的顶部至少应高于配水孔眼100 mm。

三、结构形式Structure form
设备本体是带上下椭圆封头的圆柱形钢结构,内壁衬两层耐酸橡胶防腐;内部在进水口设有挡水板,设备内部中排装置由不锈钢管、不锈钢缠绕管焊制而成; 下部为多孔板水帽集水装置(或按要求采用承托层)。设备本体内根据具体水质具体要求装填树脂。
