一、工艺原理Technical principle

逆流再生离子交换器（分阳床、阴床、钠床亦称软化器）为无顶压逆流再生固定床，用于软化水、除盐水的制备；在制水工艺上采用逆流制水。

2.出水水质Effluent turbidity

强酸阳床：钠泄漏不大于100ug/l，一般在20-30ug/l

度可适当加大

9.填料高度Packing layer height: 1600mm（cation exchanger）；2500mm

（anion exchanger）

注：最下一层承托层的顶部至少应高于配水孔眼100 mm。

三、结构形式Structure form

设备本体是带上下椭圆封头的圆柱形钢结构，内壁衬两层耐酸橡胶防腐；内部在进水口设有挡水板，设备内部中排装置由不锈钢管、不锈钢缠绕管焊制而成; 下部为多孔板水帽集水装置（或按要求采用承托层）。设备本体内根据具体水质具体要求装填树脂。
