摘要

众所周知,旅游资源是旅游业得以发展的基础,而旅游资源开发是使旅游资源得以发挥的重要环节,旅游资源的开发成果则表现为旅游产品。旅游产品是直接进入国际市场和国内市场的,它包括物质产品与服务产品。[1]这些年来,随着民生经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平渐渐提高,休闲旅游已随处可见。而主题乐园旅游在商务旅游、休闲娱乐旅游、度假旅游等多种旅游方式中脱颖而出。在国内的主题乐园中,方特主题乐园已成为国内主题乐园发展的领头羊。厦门方特旅游景区地处厦门市同安区洪塘镇内,具有优越的旅游区位优势。笔者选择厦门方特旅游景区作为文章的研究对象,在实地考察和资料分析的基础之上,首先对国内外旅游产品的开发情况进行了分析,并分析了厦门市旅游产品的研究现状。其次,针对文章的研究思路和方法进行了构思,接着从现状、区位条件、客源市场出发对厦门旅游产品开发的条件展开阐述,最后对厦门方特旅游景区旅游产品开发模式进行了深入的研究和讨论,并且提出了针对性的建议。

Abstract

As we all know, tourism resources are the foundation of tourism development, and tourism resources development is an important link to make tourism resources play, and the development results of tourism resources are shown as tourism products. Tourism products are directly into the international market and domestic market, it includes material products and service products. [1]Over the years, with the rapid development of people's livelihood economy, people's living standards have gradually improved, leisure tourism has been everywhere. And theme park tourism in business tourism, leisure and entertainment tourism, vacation tourism and other ways of tourism stand out. In domestic theme parks, Font theme parks have become domestic theme parks a leader in development. Located in Hongtang Town, Tong'an District, Xiamen City, Xiamen Fangte tourist area has superior tourist location advantage. The author chooses Xiamen Fangte tourist spot as the research object of the article, on the basis of field investigation and data analysis, first of all, analyzes the development of tourism products at home and abroad, and analyzes the research status of tourism products in Xiamen. Secondly, the article's research ideas and methods are conceived, and then from the status quo, location conditions, tourist market conditions of Xiamen tourism product development conditions are elaborated, and finally to Xiamen Fangte tourist attractions tourism product development model of in-depth research and discussion. on, and put forward targeted suggestions.
