药品信息: [万艾可®，枸橼酸西地那非片，(1)25mg, (2)50mg, (3)100mg，铝塑包装，1-{4-乙氧基-3-(6,7-二氢-1-甲基7-氧代-3-丙基-1 氢-吡唑并［4,3d］嘧啶-5-基)苯磺酰}-4-甲基哌嗪枸橼酸盐。] 适应症: [西地那非适用于治疗勃起功能障碍。] 用法用量: [对大多数患者，推荐剂量为50mg，在性活动前约1 小时按需服用；但在性活动前0.5~4 小时内的任何时候 服用均可。基于药效和耐受性，剂量可增加至100mg（最大推荐剂量）或降低至25mg。每日最多服用1 次。在没有 性刺激时，推荐剂量的西地那非不起作用。西地那非不适用于妇女、新生儿和儿童。老年人（≥65 岁）起始剂量以 25mg 为宜。] 禁忌: [服用任何剂型硝酸酯的患者，无论是规律服用或间断服用，均为禁忌症。已知对本品中任何成份过敏的患者禁 用。] 警告: [性活动对已有心血管疾病患者的心脏有潜在危险。因此，其心血管状态不宜进行性活动的患者一般不应使用包 括西地那非在内的治疗勃起功能障碍的药物。如服用万艾可®后阴茎持续勃起超过4 小时，患者应立即就诊。服用 Ritonavir 的患者需慎用西地那非。] 药物相互作用: [本品代谢主要通过细胞色素P450(CYP)3A4（主要途径）和2C9（次要途径）。故这些同功酶的抑制 剂会降低西地那非的清除，而这些同功酶的诱导剂会增加西地那非的清除。] 药物过量: [健康志愿者单次剂量至800mg，不良事件与低剂量时相似，但发生率和严重程度有所增加。当发生药物过 量时，应根据需要采取常规支持疗法。肾脏透析不会增加清除率。] 不良反应: [按需服药、灵活剂量II/III 期临床试验中，最常见的试验组多于安慰剂组的不良事件包括头痛和潮红。其余 常见不良反应包括消化不良、鼻塞、视觉异常、背部疼痛、头晕和皮疹。] 注意事项 :[有效期:100mg，60个月，50mg、25mg，36个月。密封，30℃以下保存。诊断勃起功能障碍的同时应明 确其潜在的病因，进行全面的医学检查后确定适当的治疗方案。与α受体阻滞剂合用时需谨慎。西地那非使体循环血 管扩张，可能增强其它抗高血压药物的降压作用。不推荐联合使用其他勃起功能障碍的治疗方法。]
